Have rented here many times. The people are GREAT!! However, was really disappointed with the lack of maintenance on the boat I rented. -the speedometer did not work -the fuel gauge did not work -the GPS system did not work -the compass was broken -Two seat swing out "bolsters" were both broken; one was missing a whole bolt assembly, while the other had a broken plastic mounting frame -The throttle cable was not being properly maintained as the throttle lever was extremely "sticky" and hard to move smoothly at all. These are the early observed / experienced items. What wasn't I seeing.. Will be looking elsewhere next time. Too bad for the general workers that the business isnt being managed well. read more

Had a great experience with this company. The employees were very professional and personable. Captain Mary drove us and was great. The boat had bluetooth speakers, built in coolers, a bathroom and provided us with water bottles. Can't wait to go back and try other boats they have! We had such a fun time. The boats also have noodles on them for if you want to get off and swim! read more

Made a full day (9-5) boat rental reservation two days in advance, gave a credit card to hold. Showed up at 10:30, hard to find where to park and where to go as we'd only been given the hotel's address, no other directions. Go searching and eventually my husband calls and they say they gave the boat away. No call to check in with us. Very disappointing for a family with three young kids to get everything together for the day and then be told we can't go on the boat anymore, especially during a holiday week when it's gonna be hard to try to rebook elsewhere. Our family of 8 rented a 22ft Bennnington for the day. The day was beautiful but we weren't prepared for the heavy traffic between Naples and Marco Island. As the driver that day I continually fought the steering. DO NOT RENT THE BOAT WITHOUT ASSURANCE THAT IT HAS POWER ASSISTED STERRING.. One of the family said it reminded him of driving a Semi. I am completely in shock by the lack of customer service and rudeness I experienced from this company. I was simply trying to get more information because I wanted to spend a day fishing in Naples with my family. I called the number provided but for some reason, the phone would stop ringing, so I thought just to call again because maybe the call did not go through on my end. I received a phone call from another number in Naples, so I picked up. As soon as I said hello, the call dropped. I then called back and received this text. This was so rude and unfortunate. Excellent charter operation. Quality boats and fishing equipment is top of the line. Guides are experienced anglers with years of guiding in Naples. Very personable and knowledgeable, too. Went out today and caught red snapper and mackerel, which we are having for dinner tonight. Joey D has a list of "hot spots" that he's developed over the years that yield. Keepers. Chartered with this boat captain twice now. Have had the owner himself once and once another captain. My party consisted of myself and 2 lady friends. We were visiting Naples for a "girls weekend" and wanted to do something "outside the box" for us. We had so much fun! The boats were very clean and seemed to be very well maintained. We had never fished before but the captain baited our hooks so we never had to get our hands dirty. Saw lots of birds that were pointed out to us, a few dolphins, and lots of beautiful homes. We were able to catch some fish, which the captain cleaned, filleted and bagged for us to take to a local restaurant to have them cook up our catch for us! He recommended a few local ones he thought we'd like. We picked one and he was right, it was wonderful! This WAS the best part of our trip, what great memories we made. I would definitely book with them again and maybe try their pontoon boat called the "Island Dreamer" (love that name) down to Keewaydin Island for a day of sun, sand and shelling if I had a larger party. The pontoon boat was docked right next to the fishing boats and just looked beautiful if you had a family or party group with you! The dock was easy to find being right in front of Bonefish Grill at Naples Bay Resort near Tin City and all the other tourist attractions. Easy access with lots of parking. Captains were friendly, professional and seemed to be very informative. We learned a lot about fishing. read more
