We ended up seating ourselves, and even after I went to the bathroom and came back, still no one had greeted us, offered a drink, or even said, "Someone will be right with you." What made it worse was that there were two employees in the back folding silverware, but neither one seemed interested in helping. We were basically told the waitress was "in the bathroom," and that was it. No effort, no urgency, no customer service at all. We even had to grab our own menus. If business is slow, you would think staff would be even more motivated to take care of the people who do come in. Instead, it felt like nobody cared whether we stayed or left.
