I had two car seats reupholstered. Workmanship was good, not great. However both seat air bags were…read moredamaged during the process. One air bag is no longer reporting to the main module. Both seat vinyl air bag covers were damaged. One cover fell off the passenger seat by itself. Evidence of pry tools on the covers (distortion of vinyl) indicate ignorance of the air bag removal. I spoke to the owner about the issues. He became defensive and arrogant insinuating this was my issue. I gave the owner the vehicle information so he could order the replacement air bags. No reply from the owner for ETA on the replacement parts. Surprised? My out-of -pocket will be $1200+ to purchase new air bags and replace them myself. Don't do business with this shop.

After tint installation I take the car back because all five windows had numerous air pockets. He…read morethen scheduled the tint replacement on 3 of the 5 windows a week later. A week later I took the car back and he replaced the tint on three windows. The rear window he worked on and said the air bubbles would go away. They never did and the fourth time there he tried to push the bubbles out and wore a hole down to window. He then tried to use a black sharpie to cover it up. He eventually replaced the tint on the rear window. Again, it still has numerous air pockets in the tint. During one of the times there he got hostile with somebody, possibly an employee. I am scared to go back because of the violent environment we live in these days. He constantly makes excuses about his poor work quality. Definitely not recommended.
