To make matters worse, the video clearly shows the technician washing my Tesla with a bucket of water that had little to no suds something that should never happen in a professional detail. The entire job looked rushed and careless, with none of the attention to detail I expected. The quality was far below what I experienced the first time, and the difference was drastic. To make things worse, I called yesterday and was told the issue would be made right. Yet today, I was essentially told I'm lying and they are not honoring their word. That level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

She has called and stopped by several times, and he keeps telling her that they are ordered. He keeps trying the whole "check is in the mail" approach. So, I finally decide that I would go have a talk with him. Once again, "oh, I just got them ordered and got a screenshot." I told him to call her, he said he was.
