If they are going to have an outlet to plug in maybe provide more than 1 as the entire week I was there it was a battle with the others to get the spot or hope that a non ev wouldn't take the spot. Then there's the social nights mon-wed that is advertised till 7 but if you don't show up right at 5:30 and you decide to get there at 6-6:30 then you are left with scraps. I wouldn't advertise till 7 and just say starting at 5:30 till it's gone. That way people won't get upset great staff poorly and get snippy with those that were brought up in the wild. I'm not making this up 2 nights I witnessed people be rude to staff for not making enough and someone take multiple plates for later and one for now and guests getting smart with each other. I will say staff was great and always happy. At least the few I dealt with. Now the best part is they have designated dog areas to walk but don't offer bags so either the guests are slobs and leave the pets waste or it's because the bags aren't available either way they should have someone picking things up if guests aren't. This leads me to the lack of yard maintenance the grass was never cut leading to the search for the yard bombs. I stepped in twice unfortunately and then twisted my ankle due to a hidden hole from overgrown grass. Overall it was a 3.8 for me

She had to wait while the rest of us finished eating, and by the time we got someone's attention, the other food locations had closed, leaving her without a meal. Guest Relations offered bowling and mini golf as compensation, but there were less than 30 minutes left to use them. We tried bowling anyway, only to have balls get stuck and pins become tangled repeatedly. We had to find an employee around 8 times before giving up. Our room also repeatedly became extremely hot even after adjusting the thermostat, making it difficult to get comfortable or sleep. Even the children's water area had issues. Glass was brought into the area and broken, causing it to temporarily close. We also experienced inconsistent enforcement of the children's area rules. When a lifeguard in orange Elijah would hold the door for children to escape then cornered my 2 year old daughter shaming her for doing what every other kid was doing playing in the water at the bottom of the slide. Overall, we spent far too much of our trip trying to find employees, deal with broken amenities, and get basic issues addressed. For the price, I expected much better customer service, working amenities, and a comfortable room. Unfortunately, the water park was the only part of the experience that lived up to our expectations.

Now, we said upfront we'd be taking it to West Texas... to the DESERT. We were never told about any potential cleaning fee. We're not dirty or messy people by any means, but naturally there was some dirt that accumulated in the car. Having had a relative that worked for Enterprise for years, we thought nothing of it since people left full damn garbage bags in their cars for him to clean out and it was a normal occurrence... because the cars are cleaned in detail after each use. We took the car to a nearby vac station to avoid paying the fee, and they took the car back. If you're THAT strict about how a car looks upon return, you absolutely should warn your customers ahead of time. If we knew we had to vacuum, it wouldn't have been an issue to do so at all. But now I'm worried, Budget. You got my mind going. Charging a fee for some sand on the floor? Expecting customers to vacuum? So... do you NOT vacuum or clean if the car looks fine? Do you not realize how many insanely dirty yet invisible things lie on surfaces? People get sick. They vomit, defecate. People have airborne, contagious diseases. People FORNICATE. Oh yeah. Real easy to wipe all that nasty crap up, but it needs to be sanitized! Performing a full cleaning is not the customer's job. I will be very wary about using this company again because of these questions bouncing around in my head. Get it together Budget.
