So excited to try it. Everything in there looks so delicious. It was a hard choice. I opted for the Keylime pie. OMG so yummy. It was the perfect balance not too sweet not too fluffy. It had a good base. It wasn't too thick. It wasn't too fluffy it was just perfectly balance between the crust, the filling and the topping and not overpowering with anyone of the flavors we did have the lemon bar ice cream that was very delicious tasted just like a lemon bar and then we did get a lemon bar and have not tried it yet. I'll give you an update when we eat it but if it's as good as the Keylime fantastic. The lady behind the counter said she was the owner so sweet nice lady like definitely a place you wanna go. If you're ever in the area stop by. Or if you're near here, it's definitely worth going out of your way to find. Would definitely like to try lunch sometime. Very cute interior.

It has a quaint malt shop feel to it, with some interesting memorabilia on the ways. You can watch them make up all the burgers, each one to order. You can get single or double smashburgers, with cheese and onions, which is what I ordered. Along with an order of Onion Rings. After about 10 minutes we got our food, in a paperbag, which we took inside. The food was good, hot, juicy, and flavorful. The onion rings were also very good. It's a cute place, and worth the drive out to experience a small town burger operation. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The burger was good, but I would have preferred to have it cooked longer for more caramelization (they use lard, and I would prefer butter).

Armed with lactaid, I ordered a "beach bunny" float aka root beer float (although you can select any carbonated beverage) and my husband ordered a chocolate milkshake. It's a hot day and these sweet mid-afternoon treats hit the spot; no complaints. All reasonably priced! We enjoyed our meal outside on a pink picnic table because while the old-school decor and nostalgic photos were cool, we appreciated the outside breeze. My wife found this one, and we managed to snag a reservation for a table in the bar area. The sign has a stagecoach on it - it looks like the wheels could be made to spin from the neon, but they weren't the night we were there. See the photos below. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door. There is a spot to the left as you walk in to put your coats if you want. Once seated, look around. There is a ton of history on the wall, and we enjoyed the wall displays of old guns and equipment. They start you off with 3 different salads. You think "What? 3?" Yes, three, and pretty generous portions of them. There was a 3 bean salad, a pea salad, and another one, and all of them were very tasty. We tried not to leave any behind. We ordered their jalapeño cheese curds as an appetizer. The cheese curds were good, but we couldn't taste much jalapeño zing in them. The salad came out - it was what I'd call a basic steakhouse salad. Nothing fancy. I ordered their baked french onion soup - that was very good, with the cheese liberally applied over the top of the bread in the top, and plenty of tasty onions inside. For the main course, my wife had their fried fish, which was plentiful along with Au Gratin potatoes and cole slaw. I had their filet mignon, which was very tasty, seemed to be dry aged, and was sooo tender, with a baked potato. As much as we would have liked to order dessert, it wasn't in the cards. Dinner was more than filling enough. Would we come back? Oh yes we would. The service was excellent, the food was tasty, and the restaurant had a lot of interesting things to look at on the inside.
