After years of back pain, several doctors appointments, and multiple stutter starts with physical…read moretherapy, I am pain free. Linnea took so much time to ask questions, not just on our first day, but continuing through our sessions. She is the first person to look at my complete medical history and the entire picture of how my body was functioning (or not functioning). The eventual diagnosis was both disc issues that I knew about and sacroiliac issues previously undiagnosed. She took the time to reteach me the little tedious movements that had been amplifying my pain. But she also did not strong me along in unneeded sessions. As I started feeling better, she didn't abandon me, but she slowly spaced out out appointments. I had some specific goals (jogging and pilates) I wanted to accomplish before I left therapy. She was very supportive and understanding of those. When I was able to do this pain free, she gave me her contact info in case of any issues and sent me on my way, exercises and stretches in hand. I am extremely thankful for and impressed with this office!

During this last phone call where I tried to reschedule my dad's appointment, she informed me that she would have to remove him from the schedule for multiple reschedulings. I informed her I could not do anything about the upcoming appointment, so he would have to miss it, and she said "OK!" and hung up on me. While it has been tough for me to get my dad to his appointments as scheduled, due to work or illness, I always call ahead and give as much notice as I can. I'll now have to look for another PT clinic, preferably one with better customer service. No issues with the actual physical therapists, or anyone else for that matter... just this one lady.

Clinical Director, Physical Therapist, and Owner Kristina Pittman is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional in both her initial evaluations and her ability to design detailed, comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored specifically to each client's needs. Rather than using a "one-size-fits-all" approach, she carefully develops individualized treatment and exercise plans based on the specific injury or condition being treated, while also taking into account the client's age, fitness level, mobility, and overall rehabilitation goals. I can personally attest to the quality of care provided at Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy, as I have received treatment there over the past several years, including during 2026, for multiple areas of the body ranging from my neck to my knees. Throughout that time, I have consistently been impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and individualized attention provided by the staff. Each rehabilitation program was carefully tailored to address my specific physical therapy needs and adjusted appropriately as progress was made. Equally impressive is the supportive and welcoming environment created by the entire staff. From head scheduler Cassie, who helps keep appointments and scheduling running smoothly, to physical therapy technicians Darion and Allie, the team consistently demonstrates professionalism, encouragement, and genuine care for the clients. Darion and Allie do an outstanding job assisting patients as they work through the exercise programs designed by Kristina Pittman, helping ensure exercises are performed correctly, safely, and effectively. What truly stands out about Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy is the combination of clinical expertise, individualized attention, and a positive atmosphere that motivates clients throughout the rehabilitation process. The staff genuinely appears invested in helping people improve their mobility, strength, recovery, and overall quality of life. If you live anywhere near this facility and need physical therapy or rehabilitation services, I would highly recommend considering Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy for your care.

If you are an EDS patient -- or anyone with a complex, slow-healing injury -- stop scrolling and…read morebook with Dr. Kindra McDougall. I am a patient with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and came to her with a left quad tendon tear (where the tendon had actually pulled away from the muscle), bilateral elbow tendinopathy, and a right shoulder supraspinatus incomplete tear. I had already been through prolotherapy and PRP injections -- the supposed gold standard for EDS -- and was still not healing. Dr. McDougall didn't give up on me or accept the plateau as the answer. She researched paired regenerative therapy and brought a peer-reviewed study to our appointment showing statistically significant success rates for shockwave combined with PRP in EDS patients. We built a treatment plan together, and she administered five of my six shockwave sessions herself. The results were confirmed by ultrasound: the tendon reattached to the muscle at two separate points. My PRP specialist was dumbfounded. By the end of my treatment, I had full quad function, meaningfully reduced elbow pain, and I returned to barre classes -- pain-free -- for the first time since my injuries. What makes Dr. McDougall exceptional isn't just her clinical skill. It's that she treats you like a whole person, stays current on research, and refuses to let a stalled treatment plan be the end of the story. She works across multiple locations, and I can say with certainty: wherever she is, she is worth the drive.
