Had to ask about alternative options (insoles, exercises, etc) When contacted re: obtaining copies of X-rays after that first appt = told a $10 fee for CD and / or paper copies; was told would call when records available. One week later received a call informed of fees involved AND ... CD burner "has been down for months and unsure when will be up and running." So the only way to obtain a digital copy of X-rays is to wait for this "Division of USFAS" office to repair their machine and then pay yet another fee. And paper copies are $10. My opinion - Ridiculous expectations and obviously sharing records with patients is not a priority for them.
