Preferring to skip that, I decided to call South Sound instead. They were able to get me in first thing on a Monday and get me evaluated. Suzi was absolutely amazing and assured me that my neck would return to normal function and still loved me and wanted me back in a nice long committed relationship. She got me a list of exercises and had a bunch of great tips on working (ie, don't sit in front of a PC 15 hours a day and wonder why you are in pain, duh!) and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I very much appreciated how clean everything was, and they were great about making sure I sanitized and kept my germs safely to myself (and vice versa). All in all a great experience, and I'd highly recommend!

Andrew, Tim, and Victoria cheered me on in the tough weeks after surgery, tried various approaches, and coordinated with my surgeon. They kept me positive and put a lot of thought into the best way to help me heal. I am now pain free and back on the bike and trails, BUT I do my stretches twice a day too. They aren't magical and you have to do your work. The front office cheerfully found me appointments that fit my limited availability and office manager Brandee was always many steps ahead planning to meet my insurer's requirements. Highly recommend. A year ago it was hard to envision not being in daily pain. I could not have gotten here with Steamboat PT.
