I am REALLY confused by the 1 star reviews; I can only guess they are referring to the main clinics, not the urgent care option. Preferring to skip that, I decided to call South Sound instead. They were able to get me in first thing on a Monday and get me evaluated. Suzi was absolutely amazing and assured me that my neck would return to normal function and still loved me and wanted me back in a nice long committed relationship. She got me a list of exercises and had a bunch of great tips on working (ie, don't sit in front of a PC 15 hours a day and wonder why you are in pain, duh!) and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I very much appreciated how clean everything was, and they were great about making sure I sanitized and kept my germs safely to myself (and vice versa).
