The stitching color a spacing is visible so if it was a bad job you'd see it. I cannot see any difference in the old stitching and the new. She matched the color and the stitch length perfectly. New belts would have cost me around $80-100 apiece but she did both for a very reasonable price. I could also see other orders of heavy Chippewa hiking boots and similar items waiting to be picked up. They looked great and care was taken to renew the leather. We got some cookies to put out for guests and just for fun we grabbed some Dubai-style chocolate. We were expecting average stuff. We got Wow! The cookies were thick and crunchy with a good layer of hard icing and cute shapes and decorations. A friend recently had cookies custom-made in Baltimore for a baby shower, and these Christmas House cookies at Marshall's were just as good! The Dubai-style 33%-cocoa milk chocolate bar was stuffed with a think layer of 11% finely-chopped pistachios and crumbled kadayif filo! Very nice flavor and texture, as good as I've had anywhere! A fancier brand might have some tahini in there, but I didnt miss it. And the box shows the usual green-coloring for the filling, while this filling is chocolate-color, which is ok with me. We were happily surprised by the quality of these treats at a Marshall's!

I needed to have stepsavers put on the tips of my shoes I stopped by several times but they were…read morenot available so I ended up coming back and bringing a pair of boots that needed to be restored that are my favorite I had them for at least 10 years and I hadn't worn them because the hill was messed up. The leather on the heal was dented and nicked up and so I just haven't worn them and i did not want to get rid of them. I decided to bring them in to see if they could be restored and low and behold the gentleman behind the counter told me that he could replace the leather on the heels and Shine the boots up and restore them. They look amazing when I pick them up I couldn't belive how nice they looked. I was also able when I came back to get the step savers for the tips of my new shoes.The shoes are pointy and when I'm walking it was scraping off the front of the shoe where the tip was so I wanted to add step Savers to preserve the tips of the shoes. The prices were very reasonable he didn't overcharge me in fact he charged me a few dollars less than what he originally told me when I came in to get the tips put on the shoes. This will definitely be my go-to place in the future when I need shoes repaired or restored. There are not many cobblers in the area so when I found this one I was happy. Definitely if you're looking for someone to restore repair fix your shoes and I believe they fix other things. While picking up my shoes a gentleman came in with a suitcase and he wanted some straps replaced on it and they were able to do that as well. So definitely check them out if you're looking for a cobbler.

The two kind men who are always working there were absolutely amazing!! They were so kind and…read moreaffordable. I took in two pairs of boots to be re-soled and they did it for such a good price! It took them exactly 1 week to do everything and I went back exactly a week later, like they told me to do, and without even texting or calling the boots were ready and fixed! The work was seamless and they returned the boots in amazing shape and care. I will definitely be returning. I definitely recommend.

I visited the Marshall's today looking for particular items…read more I was pleasantly surprised to find garments in my size and on clearance. I didn't notice one of the garments didn't have a price tag at all, and so when I went to the clerk to be rung up, she pointed it out. I told her that I got it from the same clearance rack, and that there were other garments on the rack of the same brand. She started speaking low and put it to the side; I was under the assumption that she would perhaps call an associate for assistance to find a similar item. No! She just put that item to the side! I told her, I still wanted it, and if it was possible to get something similar. The other garment set I was rung up for was the same price - clearance - and same THING - right down to the quantity in the set! It was just not the same brand. She then shrugged her shoulders and offered a sheepish smile, and I just took that as my indication that I was going to have to get this item myself. So I went - walk of shame - while there were associates in the area who were on walkie and could have easily been communicated with to find an item - to find it myself. I initially became frustrated when I returned to the queue and found it to have accumulated quite a line. I was relieved to see that the clerk waved me back to my spot - though I'm not sure if the customers in front of me were going to be serviced or were communicated with in any capacity... Asides from the lack of initiative from customer service - the merchandise selection is pretty broad and there is are generous clearance deals throughout the store. I was able to find what I was looking for and some things that crossed my mind.

It has less designer name brands compared to TJ Maxx, but a better selection than Ross. The jewelry selection is limited. It's hit or miss for me here. Usually I am unlucky with my finds. Today though after trying on several articles of clothing, I left with a new thermos lunch bag, which had two compartments.
