The place was professional, clean, and well-organized. The artists may look a little artsy, but they are very interested in providing the best service and experience you can imagine.

I have gotten a total of probably 15 piercings here and only had two that gave me trouble, but it was not related to the care I was given at all, sometimes your body just doesn't react well to them and you have to take them out. Andy is my go to but I know that Renee and Kenny are awesome, too! Absolutely recommend Splash to everyone I know talking about getting a piercing. I lived an hour away and made the drive every time, then I moved to Missouri and still get pierced here when I come "home" to visit. I responded with my availability and asked when he could get an idea of a design so that I could make sure we were on the same page. He responded with "Sorry I'm no longer interested". I was pretty bummed... I got the tattoo somewhere else, and recently was looking for another artist to add to it and make it a full sleeve. I contacted a couple of artists and included Levi, because I really did love the samples of his work that I saw. Again he said he was interested and essentially said that there was no need for a consultation, just book a date and he would draw something right there. I again gave him a week that would work for me and asked if it was possible to meet for a few minutes or talk over the phone about some design questions/ideas. Again he responded with "Sorry, I'm no longer interested". I found this very unprofessional and frustrating. I guess if you can get in with him and don't mind not having any input over the design that will be on your skin forever, he might do a great job. Or any questions about size, placement, expected number of sessions, etc...

Be patient when you reach out to them. They are sought after and busy but they will get back to you. Be thorough in your email so they can give you an informed response. The gallery has a great vibe. Very mellow and great music. Looking forward to working with Levi on my next piece.

She is truly an artist in every sense of the word. My design wasn't an original. It was something that I found on the internet. But Rachel seemed genuinely excited about the design. She was fun and funny And made the 4 hours it took seem like 10 minutes. The tattoo turned out even better than I had hoped! I will be getting more tattoos in the future, and I definitely found my "forever" tattoo artist. I can not recommend her enough! I only wish I could give ten stars!!!

However, my sister had no clue what was going to happen. Mikaela took the time to explain what she was going to do before she did it...literally every step!! She was amazing! She made us both feel comfortable in the environment while getting our piercing. She also played whatever type of music we wanted! Got 2 piercings from Danny on one earlobe. I messaged Danny worried the piercing was going to embed…read moredue to swelling and he said no way, and at a consultation said everything would be fine. It ended up embedding. Unprofessional, refusal to fix an embedded piercing unless I paid for it when it embedded by being pierced with too short of a bar, something not my fault.. and both piercings were pierced at improper angles so now I can't stretch my second lobe without risk of tearing. Had to go to a different piercer to fix it who confirmed the bar was short, fixed it up and got me a longer bar for free, and confirmed the angle was incorrect. And way over priced.
