Need snowshoes. Easy peasy. Need chains for your sports car so you can hit the slopes on a perfect Blubird day? They got you!!! Heck, they'll even do a quick tune of your skis so you can fully enjoy your day. I have never been snowshoeing. When we showed up the guys engaged in a great conversation. They asked us where we were going. We let them know it was our first time and they gave us directions. They even gave us birdseed to feed the chickadees! The entire process took about 5 minutes. And you can't beat the price! We came in, I filled out a form, paid and we left. Super quick, super easy. I didn't have any questions as I had done my research on snowshoeing. The shop has a good selection of what appear to be quality pieces including china, lamps, pictures and other odds and ends and unique items. What struck me is that it seems like the owner take some pride in the selection and is not just peddling and old junk like you find in some of the Reno shops. Called Carson Door for a quote along with how long on turn around, they said approximately a week. We dropped off the door and as promised in week we received a phone call stating the door was ready to be picked up, gal was friendly on the phone let me know their hours - woo-hoo that easy and went to pick up the door the following day!! Now we have a new door that not only fits well, it no longer has a gapping hole in it so fire safety restored along with our heating & cooling bill will be much better!!
