The fish came with the choice of rice, pasta or steamed vegetables. We decided to do the whole fish and get one filet out. I'm originally from an island so eating a whole fish is normal so I wanted to experience it again because back home where we live we don't have it. The fish was ok. It needed more flavor. Rice was hard and cold and not really tasty. The oysters were harder than usual. We ordered two of their Marbella sunrise (drinks) and they were good. Overall the food was NOT good or fresh. It made me sick! I got food poisoning. At the end of our trip in the island I got so sick I was puking on the beach and then walking the streets like a drunk person puking my guts out and not even with a buzz?! No thanks! My final advice? AVOID at all cost because what you will be missing here is your money from your wallet. Nothing special. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Normally one would appreciate a location away from the city center, but this location is so far from the city center the only way to get here is 2 rent a vehicle or pay for a taxi. Do not travel more than 15 minutes from your place of residence to get here or you will be disappointed. The food. The food was tasty and the food service met expectations. That's the reason for two stars rather than one. I had the Yucatan ceviche and the fried calamari with a side order of french fries. The ceviche was plentiful and tasted good. The fried calamari portion was tiny and was a bit squishy. The french fries tasted bland and we're stale.

Entrance is 1 street below the main one and there is parking on both streets. We parked above and had to go through an upper building that didn't look like it's been used... But head across the way, down a few inclines and then you see a few small infinity pools (some with tables to drink/ eat from), bathroom with showers, lockers, open bar and restaurant, lounge chairs with umbrellas, a patio bar and a place that you can use any of equipment for as long as you like for a refundable deposit (tips are appreciated). I am amazed there is no cover fee to enter or use anything, and no minimum you need to spend from what I could tell... The drinks and food were priced reasonably though and the guac we had here was heavenly. I think the best I've ever had! It wasn't too busy the day we were there and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Wifi was down due to being hit by lightening but who needs that with a place like this. We decided to try the snorkel, stand up paddle boards, single kayaks, and it was a lot of fun. The water was very calm, and you get to paddle out onto the most gorgeous blue water away from a ton of crowds and boat traffic. Unlike other places, there is no time limit, there is no roped-off sections that you are required to stay in. You are able to use and adventure as you please and it was wonderful. There wasn't a ton of fish except for around the dock itself, and no real beach at this part of the island, but the dock and equipment was in good shape. The stand up paddle board oars were pretty heavy for me, but no complaints. It was just great to be on the water. If you're in the area, definitely worth coming through!

Only negative was the food came out at way different times.
