We experienced a house fire on December 6th, 2023, and met James Lawton the day after the fire through PM Leary and Restoration. However, we didn't follow through with PM Leary, but we did retain James Lawton as our Public Adjuster. Retaining Jim has been one of our best decisions throughout this process. Not only is he professional, but he is very knowledgeable when explaining everything throughout every step. He has made this process significantly less stressful for all of us. I wasn't sure about anything the day after the fire, much less thinking about hiring someone to help us through the insurance claim part.
