For all you int'l travelers... no foreign transaction fees with conversions. (Helped me out a lot when I studied abroad.) But in regards to this particular location... They have a coin machine to convert all that pesky pocket change into billz. This location in particular is very convenient. They have a good sized parking lot, drive-thru and beautiful inside. The staff here are very friendly and always helpful. All in all, this place is a win-win!

The manager then stated notarizations were "for customers only." Um ... WTF? In desperation, I went to TD Bank down the block. A bit shellshocked, I stated forthwith that I wasn't an account holder. "That doesn't really matter," and before I knew it, I was notarized. I told them what happened at Investors, and the guy was a bit incredulous: "Wow. Are they, like, complete weirdos?" Needless to say, I'm now a TD Bank customer.

On Nov. 19th '24 I misplaced my credit card. I immediately went to a close branch & was attended to by Mr. William Dennis. I was quite upset at the time . He was incredibly attentive, calmly sat with me & allayed any of my fears. I felt as though I was talking to a family member. He was very professional yet reassuring in attending to my problem. Within less than 20 minutes he rectified the issue made appropriate phone calls. & assured me that a new card would be issued. However, they are non-profit and therefore they cater towards more of what the customer wants rather than for the sole success of the business. They offer pretty good interest rates as well as deals for customers. For example: when I first opened my account. For every person you referred and they opened with bethpage fcu, you would get $50. Not a bad deal right? I don't know how long that went on for... But it was good! Soon enough my whole family joined haha. Also with their credit cards... You can take money out of any ATM at CVS or 711 which is SUPER convenient for me. I'm always at either. This location is great. It's right along merrick road. With their teal and orange scheme you can't miss it. Warning: the parking lot is a bit small so if you need to use the one adjacent to it. Otherwise, the people here are so helpful and friendly. They go that extra mile. Also! They have cool pens... Just saying. I really recommend this branch if you're looking for a new one!

Shout out to Eileen and Helen who always make me feel so welcome and really go out of their way for their customers although to be honest everyone in the branch is so friendly and helpful. It's what keeps me and everyone else with Ridgewood. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is the ridiculous parking situation. On more than one occasion I have had to wait 10 plus minutes for a spot to open up. However when entering the bank their were only a few customers. I'm told that people from the gym next door park in Ridgewood' s private lot. I know they now have a guard on Saturdays but come on. Many of your customers are elderly. If you don't want to tow the illegally parked cars at least have a guard there daily. It's horrible that the bank can't fix this situation that has been going on for months. Do better for your customers. The reason I stay is because of the outstanding service.
