We were referred to Ottawa Carelton Mortgage broker by a friend…read more The individual we were referred to wasn't avaliable and we were put in contact with Chris Levesque instead. At first he was very helpful and eager to assist us over the phone. After we had signed with him his avaliablitity, emails and phone calls stopped abruptly. We even stopped in the office a couple times and he was unavalibale each time. He provided false information on details of our agreement and took over three weeks to return our multiple phone calls and emails. It wasn't until after the deal went through that we heard back from him. In the end a more senior broker within the office handled all our questions and everything was okay but I wouldn't recommend Chris Levesque to anyone.

The Broker Wendy Bradshaw missed following up with company hired to do appraisal and wasn't done until the week of my maturity date. Owner Matt Daniels claims a lack of communication, I call it negligence. I wasn't even notified that the mortgage approval wouldn't be complete before the maturity date with previous lender. Had I not contacted the lender at the time I would have been locked into a 1 year fixed mortgage at 9.5%. This company has caused me nothing but stress in addition to financial loss.
