I had my first ever MRI in Clifton Park today. I did not know beforehand what the fasting test…read morewould entail. It was prescribed by my gastro doctor. 1. An IV to inject dye was needed. I am a "difficult draw" because of my small arteries. The staff member who did my MRI put the IV in skillfully on the first try which does not always happen. Thankful for her expertise! 2. The MRI was 20-25 minutes long and noisy. I had to wear a headset. She gave me a much appreciated and needed break after 10 minutes. There were lots of recorded holding your breath prompts through the test. 3. I received assistance getting off the table and placed in a wheelchair for a few minutes. It was a fasting test, so I appreciated the juice and pretzels that were offered to me. A nurse checked out that I was feeling well enough to leave the waiting room. I was. I just had my yearly mammogram yesterday(6/11/2025) in Latham and Linda in reception checked me in- she couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful, kind, friendly and professional. I get very anxious before these appointments, and she was so patient. It helped so much. Taylor did my mammogram and she was a delight. She was upbeat and friendly. She dealt with my nerves like a real professional. She explained things clearly and obviously knew her business- that doesn't surprise me as she was trained by Ruth. Now we get to Ruth- she is amazing and has been doing my mammograms for years. As I say every time she needs to be cloned! She is like an angel to me and has always been the person that gets me through the stress. Just knowing she is in the building brings me comfort. I know she has been promoted(well deserved) and am so proud of her achievements but I do miss seeing her. Taylor might be my new "Ruth" if she would agree to taking me on...I will ask for her next year when I make my appointment. As you can tell there is no other place I will go to for mammograms. I feel blessed to have found you so many years ago. No matter who I encounter here there aren't enough positive words to say about each and every one of them-and after 20+ years I have met many! The quality of care at this facility we found lacking, and I regret bringing her here.

She chats with you about everyday things to help you relax. Her exams are painless and efficient. She's the only person to not cause me extreme cramps from the pelvic. She rocks and I will continue to see her for as long as she practices. I cannot say enough good things about her, and the administrative staff are great as well. That is really rare in my experiences with medical offices. See Bonnie if you're looking for a new practice! I like this location, can't speak to the staff at the Schenectady office as I've never been to that one.

I am happy that everything turned out even better than I expected. I am thrilled to have found a new OB/GYN, one that treats me with compassion and courtesy. All these people expecting top notch hospital care and no wait have extremely high expectations…read more Urgent care is for urgent care, not absolute emergencies, not routine care or follow up care. That said, I have used this place a few times and other than the wait, which should absolutely be expected from any urgent care facility, they were pleasant and attentive. Had to take a friend here who was unwell with an oral infection and fever. They were understaffed, but checked back with us frequently. After seeing the nurse and the PA they ran a few tests and determined she had a server bacterial infection. Administered IV fluids and IV antibiotics as well as kept us there for monitoring for a couple hours. Again, with the exception of the expected wait times, it was a pleasant experience from the staff, and they discovered a deeper issue that was potentially life threatening.
