Melvin R Powerwashing did an outstanding job on my patio cushions. They were on time, professional,…read moreand clearly knew what they were doing. The team used the right technique (fan spray, not overly aggressive) along with a proper cleaning treatment, and the results speak for themselves-my cushions look significantly brighter and genuinely clean, not just surface-level. What stood out most was their attention to detail. They were thorough with rinsing and set everything up in a way that allowed for proper drying, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-executed. After neglecting to care for my patio for the winter season, I can happily enjoy the space again this summer. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

Melvin R quickly responded to my inquiry and had an estimate to me almost immediately. Not only was their price reasonable and fair, but they were able to schedule the work in a few days. Unlike other companies I have dealt with, they even sent a text reminder the evening before they came out. Nice touch! They arrived at our home on time and got to work immediately. Without question, the attention to detail was off the charts. The house is as clean as it was the day it was built. Not only was I impressed, but my wife was also thrilled. She is a tough critic, but the house looked so good it almost brought her to tears. You really aren't going to find a more affordable, honest, thoughtful and professional power washing company. I would not recommend Shine Select Power Washing & Roof Cleaning…read more After the service, multiple areas of my lawn were severely damaged and appear to have died from either bleach runoff or an equipment issue. Based on other reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated problem. I will now have to reseed several sections of my yard and wait for the grass to grow back. I also found bleach stains across my driveway after the job was completed. In addition, I found a loose nut on the driveway, which makes me wonder whether there was an equipment malfunction or leak during the service. It would have taken the crew a few minutes to rinse off the driveway. The cleaning chemicals also left a noticeable residue on all of my windows, creating another expense and additional work for me to correct. To make matters worse, the crew did not return my outdoor furniture or garden hose to their original locations after finishing the job. It was a very lazy and poor-quality job all around. Overall, I paid for a professional cleaning service and was left with property damage, cleanup work, and additional costs. The results simply did not justify the hassle or expense.

Fast forward 6 months (I never used the fireplace during the 6 months) and I was converting to gas logs. The gas fireplace company said I needed a chimney inspection and cleaning. I told them I had it 6 months ago - but I needed a new one. Fine. I used a different company to inspect the chimney and do some brick work. I saw the photos of the debris on the shelf and inside the chimney!! The other company removed Half of a 5 gallon bucket of debris. And they showed me a nail or screw one damper that was not secured during the first cleaning. So I am very disappointed - did JCS even do anything? Oh, and I paid double to JCS rather than the second company for the same services. TLDR: I do not recommend JCS
