After the first group boarded and say that was everyone, the driver took that as that was the whole wedding - and after dropping them off, he went home! We had 100 guests stranded at a hotel waiting on a bus that didn't come back. Neither the driver nor King Grey management provided a day of point of contact so we had no way of getting in touch. fortunately Michael's Limo (another nearly service) agreed to pick up the guests within the hour and saved the day. The worst part was that when I booked King Grey, they told me that other services in the area weren't "reliable". If only I knew they were talking about themselves! King Grey did refund me the full cost of the shuttle for the mistake (thus the second star) but I much rather would have had the wedding go as planned than have gone through this.

Several incompetent drivers cut him off because THEY waited to the last moment to merge into the right traveling lane. With his excellent driving skills the rest of the passengers never even knew what was happening. His use of the GPS rerouted us a few times to avoid traffic jams that could be seen extending off to the horizon; getting us to and from the casino on time. There were even entertainment on the bus, enhancing the ride. And the bathroom was clean and smelled pleasant.

They came a very long way to service our party, and I'm so tremendously grateful. Our driver, Rob, was a mensch. He arrived early to get a lay of the land and figure out how he planned to navigate the roads in and out of our (very rural) venue. He picked up everyone on time and nobody showed up to our ceremony late! Then he hung out till we were ready to send people home, and was extremely kind to wait until we were sure we had collected all of our guests and left no one behind! After submitting the signed contract and payment, we never received any acknowledgment or confirmation from the owner, Matthew Hazzard. Beginning in late August, we made multiple attempts to reach him by email and voicemail to finalize logistics--none of which were answered. With our wedding approaching and still no response, we were forced to find alternate transportation at additional expense to ensure our guests had reliable service. Only after we'd already booked another vendor did Matthew finally reply--five days before the event--which was far too late. We requested a refund by email, and when that went unanswered, we followed up with a certified letter. He never responded or issued a refund. We live out of town and ultimately decided it wasn't worth pursuing small claims court for the amount, but we're very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this business.

We ran into a big backup in Danbury, he jumped off the highway, made a few zigs and zags and got us onto 684 easy as can be. Nice driving on tight street corners in the Bronx. If only he had more of a personality he'd have rated 5 stars - he was kind of quiet Bus rating - 2 stars Bus seemed old and out of kilter. We rode on Bus #43, and the second TV monitor on the right was terrible - it blinked off and on the whole trip. On the way home there was a major malfunction of the Air Conditioning that had water pouring out of the overhead bins onto many passengers. Some of the water was brownish and disgusting. Must have been some sort of a drainage issue. So how did they "fix it"? Easy- they shut off the overhead AC on a day that saw triple digits of temperature.

They have always been waiting at the airport to pick me up, even if my flight arrived hours late. When picking me up to take me to the airport, they have always been on time or several minutes early. I have never missed a flight, even the one time when we ran into a very bad traffic jam. Thomas knows how much of a cushion to give you so you can be sure you'll get to the airport in time for your flight. Drivers have always been courteous and safe. My only complaint is that the cost has gone through the roof, costing nearly as much as my airfare from Denver to Boston.
