The call lasted less than two minutes, but it was enough to decide I'll never go back. The staff member, Roger, interrupted me and said in a mocking tone, "OUUU OUU OUUUU! Let's take it slow here. You are talking wayyy too fast and your English is sloppy." Then he used an analogy to show his frustration. That level of rudeness is completely unacceptable from anyone representing a business. I was polite and just trying to explain my car issue. Instead of patience or professionalism, I got attitude and mockery. If that's how they talk to customers, I'd stay away from it.

The dealership had my vehicle a total of 6 months within the first year of purchasing it. This last time we picked it up and headed to Nashville the very next day. On our way to Nashville, my car turned off in the middle of rush hour traffic on I-24. It completely lost all power and everything powered off. We got the Managers involved and still they found nothing wrong with it. The managers that we dealt with were very rude, one even proceeded to get in my husbands face and tell him that this was the first time he was hearing about any issues that we were having....my goodness it was a crazy experience. We finally traded the vehicle in this last week and I could not be more happy about it. We definitely did not go back to John Sinclair and never will. I sincerely hope if you are in the market for a New or Used vehicle, that you will go somewhere else. Go somewhere where they actually value your business and genuinely want to take care of you.

Everyone pressured me to come in, apparently not caring about the distance I'd have to travel. Dealerships were very reluctant to give me pricing info, too, assuming I just wanted to play one dealership off the others. All I wanted was the right number on the right car, then I'd be there. Coye called me Friday night and listened to what I was looking for -- a Sedona with leather interior, which is standard on the EX. But I was also price sensitive. So she proposed an excellent price on a Sedona LX that happened to have the leather interior upgrade, finding a way to get me to the magic number. Coye's communication was prompt, and she delivered on the pricing once I arrived the next day. Her estimate on the trade in value of my old car was accurate too. No tricks! Very much appreciated. Plus, the financing wasn't a long, drawn out, high pressure process. I said "no thanks" once, and it was done!

I thought maybe it just you know, dropped. Call 2: Lady says hi. I told I was speaking with Roy and call dropped. Cut again. I was like wtf? Call 3 with benefit of doubt: Call picked and shut. I am confused at this point. Call 4: She says hi. I confronted what is up, she said oh we are booked until next month and you need to make appointment. I was like cut the chase, a moment ago you are taking details and now saying you don't have time. I told them I would leave a honest and bad review unless you explain what is up really. Call cut again. Truckload of bullcrap! I am just talking normal business, have the decency of replying professionally if you can or can't do something? How the fuck you run a business? I think you just do oil change or simple stuff but saying that won't make you pay taxes.
