He asked us if we had parts for his truck. He refused to elaborate on the model of his truck, got mad, yelled on the phone and then hung up. He called us, not the other way around. If Richard sells parts, then he should know that a model is required to look up most parts. It's an understatement to say that he was unprofessional. This is not someone that any business would want representing them on the phone.
