They are not just a tire shop but a complete repair facility. They did help! I decided to replace the two rear tires and due to the fact that they were wider than everyday tires and run flats, they were difficult to source. It took longer than we both thought but the delay was not caused by Gearheads, and in fact they kept me informed almost daily. But when the tires were received, they were installed almost immediately and my journey home was a smooth and uneventful ride, as we all love. Again, Gearheads, especially Dani, did everything humanly possible to bet me back on the road safely and I really appreciate how they took care of me. If they were closer to me, they would be my goto care care facility.

Oh where to begin... I have not purchased a vehicle from BIC yet, but I do their detailing and…read moreoverall cleaning of their vehicles. I have had several car rides with Elijah and other members of BIC driving to pickup vehicles which has led to some great conversations. I want to start by saying BIC Motors pays the price for a high quality detail to ensure that all their new and recurring BIC family members know they are getting in a genuinely clean car. In addition BIC is so focused on you and tailoring everything that they can to make it as easy as possible for you to get a car. I have never seen a car dealership that treats their customers as nice as they do. To BIC you really are more than just another person buying a car you are a family member. It's hard to explain the world class treatment you receive, you really just have to go down and check them out to experience it. Another thing is when you purchase a vehicle from them you can know that you are absolutely walking away with the best price in the area. I was able to hear Elijah's philosophy on this and it is truly incredible how much they care about you. Last point here, they always have an amazing selection to fit everyone's budget, needs, and wants. Even there cheaper cars have a level of class that is just unreal. (I totally recommend test driving one of their Audi's... WARNING you will probably end up leaving with it lol.) BIC Motors is just the absolute best dealership in the area and I 100% stand by that. I am glad that I am able to work alongside such an amazing dealership. Trust me, go down to BIC and get the Best In Class experience, you wont regret it.

I had previously purchased a truck from them a few years ago & Mitch was a pleasure to deal with. This time around i knew the car I purchased may have a couple issues crop up that led me to purchase an extended service contract. Upon researching the warranty company I found that they were absolutely horrible at honoring their service contracts and promptly returned to BIC motors well within the state of missouri mandated preview period to cancel. It's now almost Feb '23 , and I have contacted Elijah weekly to inquire about my refund. He has never once called me back. I did file a complaint with the state of Missouri dept of insurance that regulates service contract companies. I intend to pursue this until I get my refund back.

Got hung over 5 times. Basically rude and pathetic business. Lost a customer for no reason…read more Call 1: Lady picks up and I asked if they do a full service for my 2022 SUV 30K miles. Call handed over to Roy the manager for more info. Roy asked what are you looking at either simple oil change or full service. I told full service citing what manual says and call was just dropped. I thought maybe it just you know, dropped. Call 2: Lady says hi. I told I was speaking with Roy and call dropped. Cut again. I was like wtf? Call 3 with benefit of doubt: Call picked and shut. I am confused at this point. Call 4: She says hi. I confronted what is up, she said oh we are booked until next month and you need to make appointment. I was like cut the chase, a moment ago you are taking details and now saying you don't have time. I told them I would leave a honest and bad review unless you explain what is up really. Call cut again. Truckload of bullcrap! I am just talking normal business, have the decency of replying professionally if you can or can't do something? How the fuck you run a business? I think you just do oil change or simple stuff but saying that won't make you pay taxes. Important - Oh btw I am multi lingual and possibly the Roy dude heard a different language on TV (no loud volume/easy to talk through). I strongly think this Roy dude is just racist, other low rated comments on google or yelp confirm this. And please for god's sake don't reply here with something generic.
