I've never taken the time to actually write a review. This was a bad enough interaction that I'm taking the time. Take the next minute to read this so you don't waste hours of your life dealing with this company. I ordered an alternator for my mini truck. They were rude over the phone but at the time you just deal with it since you just want to get the part and fix your vehicle. After calling and making the order I was agitated with the experience and quickly called another mini truck dealer who had the part. I called back 20 minutes later saying I no longer needed the alternator and wanted a refund. They responded by saying we already chargered your card, Ok, well refund it... They said they'd stop the order and refund me the money. The next day no refund yet. Called to see what was going on, they said they shipped it. This is a classic tactic to have me recieve the product and then return it to have them say I swapped the part and they keep the money. I asked for a tracking number and they unwillingly gave it to me. I proceeded to preempt this outcome by contacting FedEx and stopping shipment in route. It was rerouted and they refused to give me a refund until it reached their doorstep. They refunded me the amount of the alternator and not shipping via a snail mail check....not refunding my card. This was a two week process. Don't worry though I have screenshots of the two initial phone calls of ordering and canceling the transaction and the FedEx tracking info that shows they created the shipment 4 minutes after I hung up and shipped over two hours after we talked. Their response was it was shipped and out the door in the 20 minutes I called. Guess they aren't bright enough to know you can see when they create a shipment. I've never had an experience like this. When I called complaining about being charged for shipping the man began screaming stop yelling at me, your yelling at me. I wasn't and it was the strangest interaction id had in awhile. So if you want to have a terrible drawn out transaction with a less than reputable company, order or purchase a vehicle. Also look in the not recommended yelp area for deleted negative reviews. read more
