Nothing, not even a phone call 3 weeks and 3 days later. RELIABLE: On the appointment day to measure, I had to call the no- show rep 30 minutes past appt time. The rep had forgotten the appt but agreed to drop what he was doing and arrive 45 minutes later. Hey, I thought, everyone makes mistakes. RESPONSIVE SERVICE: There is no phone number written on the proposal, and when I call a number found online, I get a voice mail. Meanwhile, this company required a 50% deposit when the door was ordered and wanted a check, not a credit card. Therefore, as the check was promptly cashed 3 1/2 weeks ago, I really have no recourse. Let's just wait and see how long it takes this company to communicate. Buyer beware.
