We bought a Bosch induction range through Atlantic. We found the people at the store knowledgeable…read moreand helpful. There was no sales pressure in our multiple visits, and they provided feedback from their customers, good and bad, on the various models we looked at. The price was the same as everywhere else - Bosch does not allow discounting - so that's not a factor. We deducted two stars for the incredibly poor "installation" job. By the time the delivery guys left, claiming the floor would have to be modified for the range to fit (into our standard size and height cabinets), we were glad to see them go, even though the range was sitting in the middle of the kitchen. We checked the electrical connection before we finished the installation ourselves. There was no strain relief installed, which is a violation of code and not in compliance with the range installation instructions, which warn repeatedly not to use the range without a strain relief. (The strain relief provides protection against damaging the terminals on the range if the cord is yanked, and keeps the cord insulation from being cut by the sharp metal on the cabinet.) We called Atlantic, and the response was "we never bother with the strain relief." It is unsafe and unprofessional to neglect this. What's more, the delivery guys damaged the electrical knockout beyond any normal repair. We came close to declaring the unit dead on arrival and returning it. But then we would be without a range, so we spent the next several hours making a safe and secure electrical connection and adjusting the leveling legs for a good fit. The result is the range looks good and works perfectly, and we are trying to forget about the botched installation. DO NOT let Atlantic install or even un-box your range. They simply throw out parts they think are unnecessary (the anti-tip bracket, for example) and go on their way. Do the (simple) installation yourself, or enlist a knowledgeable friend.

Came to this consignment shop in Wilmington after repeatedly seeing it through my online searches…read morefor consignment shops. I especially was drawn to this place because it seemed to be more relatable to my interest as compared to some other local consignment shops in the area that definitely seemed more beach and coastal themed. The Wherehouse is quite literally a giant warehouse. Plenty of good pieces as well as some junk. A lot of chairs, old furniture, and random items (my favorite was the child's Oscar Meyer Weiner car lol.) I was looking for something very specific and so this place didn't satisfy my needs, but this was a cool spot to look around. I think the value was pretty good overall for what they had available. And don't even get me started about how the artwork was outside! I took a bunch of photos. Probably like others do as well. Ha ha.
