DO NOT GO HERE. The level of unprofessionalism is UNREAL. For starters, the office manager told me…read moreher name was NoneYa Business. And the way I was treated by Dr. Brian Wolff was completely unprofessional and rude. I will NEVER step foot in this office again and I highly encourage everyone to continue their search for another podiatrist. I would never allow anyone in this office to facilitate care for anyone I know. I also cannot imagine trusting this office to perform surgery after I was treated so poorly by them. Here's the story: The red head manager - I'd like to tell you her name but I can't because she told her name was NoneYa (None Ya Business to be exact) is extremely rude. And yes, she really told me that was her name - TWICE. So you can see the level of professionalism going on here. Here's what happened: I went for my follow up appt. and I was appx 7 minutes late. They said I would need to wait and they would fit me in and I said no problem. I asked NoneYa how long they thought it might be and they said they didn't know. I was not upset by that, I was not upset in any capacity. Then she said the doctor was in with the person before me. So I said, 'oh ok, so she is running late? Then I said, 'that is not an issue I can wait.' I really did not care at all, I was late myself. And my question was simply me trying to understand the situation because NoneYa had already told me a few times I was late. I felt less bad about being a few minutes late because she was also running behind. Which is totally normal, don't think I've ever seen a doctor at the allotted time, as most everyone can agree with. But for some reason asking if the doctor was running late triggered something and NoneYa got really rude. Like she thought I was trying to blame it on the doctor, which I wasn't. Then she said 'no it was the person after me that they gave my appt to'. To which I replied 'ok, makes sense' and I asked could I swap appt times with that person. So they are in my appt currently because I was late and so then maybe I could just go into their slot which was directly after my scheduled slot. Again I was not upset at waiting in any way, shape or form. Basically it just seemed like common sense. And that was a big problem for her. Then she just started getting really rude at me for being late. She started yelling at me saying it was my fault because I was late. And just generally being really rude like 'You realize I'm trying to help you' but in a very rude and condescending way. I was honestly confused, I couldn't figure out why any of this really mattered. It just seemed like a non-issue. That person took my slot, I can take their slots. The slots are all the same length of time - what is the issue here? Everyone would be seen and the doctor is not losing a slot, etc. It was also at this time I was told that the appointments are just 15 minutes each. Honestly I knew my appt would be short and I had planned to actually buy some inserts from them while I was there and talk to them about custom inserts. The only reason I asked if I could swap appts w/ the person who was in my slot was because then I could give my office an idea of when I would be back. I can't express how NOT a big deal waiting was to me. But the rudeness, that was a very BIG deal to me. So at this point NoneYa disappeared and comes back with what I assume is the PA. They kind of reiterate the same stuff to me about being late which I understand. But I do find it REALLY weird how they keep trying to put all this blame on me. We're talking about 7 minutes here. And just FYI for anyone: When a medical professional starts blaming you for things that are really not a big deal that should be a huge RED flag that your health is NOT their priority. With the whopping 15 minutes they give you and the fact that there is no wiggle room for error on anyone's side I'm struggling to really understand how this qualifies as real medical care. What if someone presents with an issue you weren't expecting - just gonna still push them out the door at 15 mins? This is not an appropriate way to run a business caring for other people but I digress. Back to the story... And I ask them again if I can just swap appointments with the person after me, who is in there now. Things were getting heated and they were not listening to me at all. I started asking them things like "do you even hear yourself?" "This doesn't make any sense", "I don't understand what is even going on here." etc. The PA then gets a little testy and says that talking to me is useless - clearly I don't want to hear what they had to say. At which point I def. got upset because that wasn't true at all. This entire scene has blown up out of NOTHING. All because I simply asked a common sense question. And they disappear and this scenario repeats itself like 2 times. Finally at one point they tell me to resched

hi i was at the doctors office at the same time as that crazy woman going on a tangent in the other…read morereview and she was being so rude and awful to them from the get go. she was mad that she had to wait a couple minutes for a doctor to be ready when she showed up extremely late. she was calling the assistant and nurses all types of rude names while the doctor was with me. i showed up early for my appointment so the doctor helped me before her as she was late and that was the problem! that lady was so late, my being a couple minutes early, got me seen first. i was 2 doors down from the lobby and could hear that crazy lady screaming at EVERYONE. the doctors, nurses, and assistants at this office have always been super kind to me. i was 30 minutes late once and forgot to fill out the paperwork before hand, they still took me and gave me new paperwork to fill out! i am always in and out of here in less than 15 minutes, they are amazing at what they do and efficient with it! this is my favorite doctors office i've been to, they know what's up!

This Dr is dangerous he has no bed side manner and he's milking people with wounds not fixing them…read more I was his patient it started with a bad toe nail on my big toe after my podiatrist took the nail I developed an infection on the tip of my big toe. That was May 3 2018. After a couple of months of my podiatrist treating it I went to the wound center Dr Flynn this guy was suppose to be able to walk on water. I had a lot of fluid retention I could not get rid of and the wound wouldn't heal. After weeks of the Dr attending to the wound he was getting very frustrated with me saying things like I was making him look bad and I wasn't doing what I was told to do ie stay off of it wearing my compression stockings but I was following his instructions. I got so frustrated that I hated going to him it made me sick feeling and all the time all he did was cut the dead skin away and yell at me I felt helpless. He never bothered to see if there was some other reason I was retaining fluids it was all my fault. And every time I left his office I had to pass by a full size cardboard cut out of Dr Flynn full size. Finally in November 6 months after this started I was hospitalized after gaining 48 lbs of fluid I was in the hospital for 7 days on a lasix drip lost the fluid which was caused by some virus I picked up in China and while I was in there I was seen by a fantastic wound care Dr/Podiatrist and he started treating the toe constantly telling me he would fix it. Two weeks after discharge I saw the new wound care Dr and it was decided that he had to unload the toe by snipping the tendon that holds the toe down. Because every time I walked pressure would be put on the tip of the big toe and it would never heal. He assured me I wouldn't notice any change in my walk but the wound would heal so I said why not. Out patient procedure was done a week later and in one week my toe healed I couldn't believe it what a feeling I had and what a Dr very very knowledgeable caring and great bed side manner. I was almost embarrassed to tell him about Dr Flynn but I did and he just shook his head and said it's not rocket science you had to unload the toe so no pressure was on it when you walk and push off. Yes Dr Flynn is dangerous only cares about himself no bed side manner just milking the insurance companies of those that have insurance. If you have a wound that isn't healing especially on your foot or anywhere call Dr. Locke South Shore Wound Care Center Weymouth. Don't keep going to Dr Flynn.
