I'm very disappointed with how a recent situation was handled by this daycare. My dog was involved…read morein a fight with another dog. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and I respect and understand the daycare's decision that he would not be invited back. My concern is how it was communicated. I was away on vacation, and my friend/neighbor had full responsibility for my dog. She specifically asked the manager not to call me and explained that she would not be bringing him back, would explain everything to me when I returned, and would have me contact the daycare immediately. Despite being asked not to call me, the manager did call while I was away--while I was actually at the airport about to board a flight. I was left upset and confused about why the call was necessary when there was a responsible caregiver available and a clear plan to communicate with me when I returned. I wrote the owner a letter more than two weeks ago expressing my concerns privately and respectfully. I have received no response or acknowledgment. When you entrust someone with the care of your dog, you expect good care, communication, and customer service. I'm still very disappointed that, after making the effort to address my concerns privately, the owner never took the time to reach out. That lack of follow-up was especially disappointing.

Apparently, after being a customer for 8 years, no one cared to talk to me about the service very poorly rendered to our dog today. I asked for my dogs records so I could get established with a new vet. I was told they would happily do that for me by tomorrow morning. So the good news for them is that they are apparently so fat and happy with business that they did not care one iota about our departure. Now if we had been difficult clients I would understand the good riddance attitude but we've never complained about anything until today. So the bad news for you reader, is that they probably won't give a hoot about you either! Sharon Fowler-Pini

They advised to go on Fridays after the park is shut down for cleaning. I've been to the park like 10 times and had someone say something to me 8 of them. The park is easily a 4 star park if everyone would pick up after their dog and mind their own business. They have 2 parks one for small dogs no dogs over 30lbs and one for all dogs. There's a portable Jon on site for people, plenty of parking and the security is 5 star seeing it's right behind the police station.
