Cute place on Main Street in Hyannis. I stopped in for a couple of treats for my birthday boy puppy Ernie. I got him a frosted dog biscuit and a little cupcake with a candle in it all made with dog-safe ingredients. The service was inattentive and I was pretty much ignored while one of the clerks was assisting another customer. Ernie did not like either of the treats offered. He sniffed them and just walked away and would not eat them in any way I served them up. Probably my death knell on going back to that place. It's a shame though. read more

Stay away!!!! The absolute worst! terrible customer service, awful operations. He was incredibly rude! we made an appointment 6 weeks earlier, there was a massive accident on main st and we ended up being 10 minutes late... we called multiple times with no answer and he refused to take my puppy in and did not accommodate whatsoever. Great place!!! I came in here to get a cupcake for my dogs birthday party. I got a doggy cupcake, cookie, and a mini cake. It was $25 for the three, which is slightly expensive but worth it. Really awesome pet accessories store in Hyannis along the main street! We stopped in one afternoon while out and about, and since Halloween was right around the corner, I figured it would be worth a peek. They had all sorts of dog collars, leashes, harnesses, treats, sweaters, raincoats, and many other accessories. I wasn't looking for anything in specific; instead, I was just browsing. The woman working there was definitely more interested in her phone rather than myself and the other customers in the store. However, when I was ready to purchase a Halloween costume (yes, for my dog), she was really attentive. Overall, it is a cute store and I will certainly return! Worst pet store I have ever been in. The owner is extremely rude. I picked up a Christmas ornament and looked at the bottom for the price. The dog in the ornament fell out and the ears broke off. I handed it to the owner and informed her that the ornament broke. She looked at me, and told me that she could not sell it anymore. I politely informed her that there was no indication that the dogs were interchangeable, and that all the ornaments had dogs in them so there was no way to know they would fall out when you checked for the price on the bottom. I called my friend over for a third opinion. She totally agreed with me. Lots of back and forth, but I ended up paying her the money and took my broken ornament. She threatened to call the cops on me for trespassing?? Throughout this entire altercation she consistently referred to my "stupid" Canada Goose jacket, and continued to refer to me as "Thousand dollar jacket wearing man." I am absolutely appalled that the owner of this establishment (who was barefoot!) would treat me with such disrespect. I would have spent a lot of money at this store, but would never now. I showed a group the broken ornament later, and they all agreed that you would never know that dog was not glued in. Such a horrible experience. read more

Great local business with a friendly owner who loves all pups. High quality products that are worth the few extra dollars you may spend as compared to the chain stores. All treats seem to be made with very healthy ingredients and some even donate some proceeds to rescuing dogs. Buy local and you won't be disappointed. read more

Wicked fun store to shop for your pets, very knowledgeable and well worth trying to find a parking spot on man street for. I see someone complaining about the prices.... They are exactly the same as at pet stores for the same products, but pup cakes does not carry the cheap( in price and quality) toys that get torn apart in a couple days. I bought toys there that have lasted months with a puppy, and some that still have not been worn out. You absolutely get what you pay for here, and it really isn't expensive. The home made pastries for puppies are awesome! My dog was wagging her tail so hard that her entire back half was wagging as soon as I gave her a birthday pastry. It is a well and much needed animal friendly store on cape cod. Shop here and not the big box pet stores. read more

There was not a huge selection of items even for the size of the place, but the woman there (owner perhaps?) was really helpful and nice. We bought some travel dog soap and some dog treats. It was a little pricey but the dogs enjoyed the treats. I was not a fan of the soap - it worked well for travel purposes but the scent did not last long. read more

This store is fanastic. The store is clean, well-stocked with adorable and unique items for your pet and has personality. You can tell the store and its owner is a true lover of animals. The most impressive part of this store is the owner Holly who I cannot say enough wonderful things. She treats every customer as if they are the only ones, spends a significant amount of time and energy making sure that you and your pets are satisfied with the items and picks the right items for your needs. She helped us pick the perfect leashes for our dogs, took the time to special order them based on our length specifications and then followed up with us routinely to insure that we received our items. I have never had such a wonderful customer experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet, wants to pamper and splurge and treat their pets and who consider pets as part of the family.
