But what I can tell you is that I have historically, over 64 years of riding Harley's, stayed as far away from dealerships as humanly possible! To a Man/Woman, these folks really know their stuff! I've actually purchased a new Trike from them and I can tell you that I got the best deal around!!! I called and asked if someone could please pick up my trike for winter storage (after 62 years on 2 wheels, 2 years ago I purchased a Trike) and what does this amazing dealership do for me? The owner, that's right, I said the owner of Cape Cod Harley-Davidson in Pocasset, came to my home to pick up my trike for me. Bob, who owns this Harley-Davidson dealership, could not have been nicer upon pickup. Here's another for instance: after my trike arrives at the dealership the head of service who is a super nice guy named Roman calls me and tells me that the battery on my trike is reading that it needs to be replaced. Instead of behaving like any other dealership I've run away from over the years who would automatically charge me for a new battery, Roman informs me that he thinks that it may be covered by warranty, so he went the extra step, to make that happen, I mean who does that? Process was a mess salesman failed to communicate the process which led to a conflict with the sales manager which he turned back on me the whole experience was the worst I have ever had buying something. I checked my paperwork when I got home and found out i had purchased a vin marking warranty for 399 i was told the fees I was paying was for document fees which all dealership charge my bad I did not read all the papers I sigined it so I own it watch what they hand you. I went back to Cape Cod Harley and very disappointed on many levels. Had perform a major service on 2017 Limited. picked up bike and they left outside in rain night before and water stains and debris from trees on bike. i did the service as I was taking a 1,500 mile trip. I was detailing bike and the air cover was seated correctly. when I took off to reseate i noticed my K&N air filter was cracked at the screws (can only assume it was over tightened after cleaning) and some type of goo was applied over the crack. Called the service writer and he never call me back after two messages. Third time I spoke with John who was the service manager. he asked If he could do anything and answe was no. Just improve service if the new owners are to make it. Take the trip and I get sumping and engine is damaged. I am in Saratoga NY and go to Adirondack Harley to survey extent of damage. had a sumping failure (a whole other issue). Bottom line to put a 131 HD crate motor in the bike CCH was $1,500 more. Called one of the owners and left a message to ask why so much more. Never called me back. At least they have that figured out. Lost a big repair and a customer. read more

Cape Cod Harley has always had a great reputation which is why I decided to buy here. Came to find out it was under new ownership and while I can't comment on the old CCH, the new owners and all the staff are AMAZING here! I bought a leftover 2020 Road Glide Special and the purchase couldn't have been any easier. Met one of the owners, who was great to talk to. My salesperson Jackie was communicative and made the process very easy. I can't say enough nice things about this dealership. I actually feel like I bought a motorcycle from friends. Ok I have been buying Harleys here since 1982 traded my Norton in ,now have bought many more.Its a great place to buy and get the Quality in a Bike ,You deserve ,,Like your life might depend on it.. The service and follow up has been great.Just got a set of spare keys for my 97 and They sent them to Florida.. I appreciate what they have done. I can't say enough good about these guys.... and girls! First It started over the summer, my wife won tickets to a Sox game at an open house. We needed to pick them up Friday for the Saturday game. Well as usual cape traffic sucked. I called and Kat and told her I was on my way and she said no worries they would wait for us. I'm sure the last thing she wanted to do on a Friday night but there she was when we got there with a big smile and said enjoy the game. Fast forward to last week. Needed to get my heated grips replaced under extended warranty, was not looking forward to dealing with the warranty company. Up steps John and Chad assuring me they'd take care of everything. Next I get a call from John telling me that not only are they replacing the grips but are also replacing the rear tire under warranty and the for the $50 deductible. They also said I needed rear brakes which he said if I replaced them now because the caliper was off already there be no extra labor. When I stopped by to check it out I got a chance to talk to Chris one of the mechanics, he pointed out that one of the aftermarket accessories was not installed quite right and advised me how to correct the issue to prevent problems down the road. No attitude just a down to earth conversation which I really appreciated. I have dealt with many "other" Harley dealers and have not been treated as a valued customer nor gotten anywhere near the service I received from Cape Cod HD. This is one of the worst Harley dealships I have ever been to. We bought a bike and had a a performance kit put in they took almost 3 months to get it done as we were already making payments on it they said it was 2 weeks worth of labor. Every time we called they lied to us about when it was going to be done. Service wasn't helpful at all. Then we had to bring it back for something else they said it was going to take a day or two and it ended up being a week. This is just the beginning of our journey with them. I could go on and on about what they have done wrong and still nothing to make the customer happy. I would never recommend anyone to by or fix anything at this dealership. read more

I've dealt with numerous Harley dealers (as well as non-Harley dealers) in my area over the past number of years. Mostly, pretty good experiences. Only one glaringly bad experience. I was recently in the market again for a bike. I showed up the next business day and from that time until yeterday (rode the bike home), it was nothing but a pleasure to deal with these people. I dealt with Brian in sales and Kat in finance and both were very professional, friendly and not aggressive/pushy whatsoever. In short, great people! The rest of the staff at the dealer seemed very nice as well. This was my first dealing with Cape Cod Harley. Next time I'm in the market, I will definitely pay a visit to Cape Cod Harley! read more
