I never write reviews but CCC needs to fix their staff. It's a shame because the one in Mashpee commons is a great location after the gym. Rude unfriendly staff that rushes you and gives an attitude. Where's the steps do service here? Two Fridays in a row I had the same waitress who takes over 15 mins to come up to you then demands you order everything at once. No silverware. Ordered a coffee never brought it when k got up and asked someone else she had the audacity to come over to me and give me an attitude about "what coffee" that she forgot. I've worked in hospitality my whole life it's places like this that need better management. read more

A Positively terrible experience. I have never encountered such rude and disrespectful employees before. Not once did they come to the table to follow up, no greeting, they all stood there and stared at us and the table next to us. It was obvious they were gossiping and judging us. To put it mildly, it was bizarre. It was all very uncomfortable and inhospitable. It will be my first and last time there. I'm still shocked at how horribly the restaurant is managed. The coldness of the manager and staff matched the cold temperature of the restaurant. Be sure to wear a parka because they keep it freezing in there. The wood chairs are cold and uncomfortable and the cement floors are as cold as the sidewalk outside. It's too bad that the service is so terrible because the food is actually decent. I was looking forward to trying the restaurant and will never go back. There are plenty of other places to eat in the surrounding area, I would suggest trying any of them over this place. read more

Cape Cod Coffee for todays Mother's Day breakfast was nice. The server was ok, not overly friendly, and she took our order on an electronic pad. We didn't have to wait too long, everything was correct. Coffee was great! Home fries and the breakfast sausage were pretty spicy (I like spicy food) and made my eyes water. Well this used to be one of my favorite places but it is on a downward slide. The setting and the beer selection is about the best around. Fantastic with dogs or large groups. But after tonight that is all that was fantastic. First off, the prices are in-line (maybe slightly higher) with any full service pub around. The problem is this place is only half service. You pick a table, use your phone to view the menus, then go up to the bar to wait in line and place your order. Your drinks and food are delivered to the table by whoever happens to grab them. It works but it is very chaotic. Next: the pizza that my wife ordered was good. My Nashville Hots sandwich was ok but tasted mainly like chili powder. I ordered fries instead of chips, I'm not sure what I got. It they were fries, they seemed like thick potato chips. Overall it was okay and it is worth a try for the setting and beer selection alone. My wife and I have been a long time fan of Cape Cod Coffee. We worked with them to rent their event space for our wedding rehearsal dinner this past October, which rolled over into a welcome party for our guest. It was a great time and could not have gone smoother. Lisa from their event management team was fantastic and easy to work with. The event space itself is beautiful, and can accommodate a large number of guest(we had been to that location a number of times and never knew about it on the backside of the building). The food catering is on par with their lunch/dinner food offerings, which is excellent and never disappoints. The drink selection is above average, we are big fans of the local brewery scene and they had the best local stuff available for our event upon request. Everything with the word "wedding" attached to it lately has a 300%+ markup, but Cape Cod Coffee was about the only vendor throughout our entire wedding that still charged a very fair and reasonable rate for their services and rental space. If I ever have another event need in the future, they will be my first call and I highly recommend others do the same! read more

Cape cod coffee on route 130 is a cool spot to check out. They have a large great menu. The food was awesome. The pizza one of the best on the cape. It's super family friendly. They have live music. They are very dog friendly. It's my favorite place to bring my dog. They have a large outdoor enclosed porch ( in the winter) with heaters. When we ordered they brought our pup water and dog biscuits. In the summer they have a great outdoor area. Definitely worth hanging at all year around! read more

AMAZING - the pizza was so delicious - crust so crispy. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. Facilities are well designed and super clean. The staff is well informed, friendly and accommodating. Plenty of drink options from several coffees to local beer, unique cocktails and varied wines. COVID review: I visited the new CC Coffee location during my staycation because I've never actually had their coffee and I really like the concept (on-site roasting, coffee bar by day, pizza and alcoholic bar by night). The space is really cool and I would come back to try again, however, I didn't love my cold brew. It wasn't bad coffee (at all!) but it wasn't especially good either (I tried a flavor, and unfortunately I cannot remember the name). The staff wasn't especially friendly but they were busy. COVID precautions are in place and they have almond milk on the condiment bar, which is a nice touch. I would come back, but I wouldn't rush back. read more

Cape Cod Coffee shows that it isn't just the West Coast that has third wave, artisanal coffee. Cape Cod Coffee's main facility is on Mashpee's Main Street, though there are plans for a newer, fancier one in a new location. They offer free tours, provided you call ahead. Cape Cod Coffee offers flavored coffees unique to New England- blueberry and cranberry. They have several proprietary blends, have branched out into a peppy nitro cold brew, they make a legitimate decaf that has as much depth as a regular. The tours are excellent and informative. The hosts are friendly, plus there are free samples. They make a great chocolate macadamia&hazelnut. Their Monsoon Malabar comes from beans from India. Indian coffee is not something you often see. For $15, a bag of coffee is great for the price. Their canned nitro cold brew is about $3, also superb. Cape Cod Coffee might not currently have the ambiance, but they are the best part of waking up! read more

The food was amazing! Staff was very friendly and there was indoor and outdoor seating offered. Had to walk up to the bar to order drinks/food, but then it was brought out to your table for you. Pizza was huge, pretzels were soft and delicious, burger was great but very messy since it had beer cheese sauce on it instead of sliced cheese. Fries were almost a cross between potato wedges and chips. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato on the way out - also delicious! Will certainly return. We visit CCC quite a bit and enjoy the food and atmosphere. The hostesses, bartenders and runners are all amazing and treat us like family. My only negative comment would be the continued raising of already high prices. In the off season, it is the locals that will keep them in business and we can't spend like those on vacation. read more

I got the Avocado Benedict and the best thing on my plate was the potatoes on the side, or "hash browns". The hollandaise sauce wasn't tasteful at all. The avocado was more of a guacamole and the texture wasn't appealing to the entire plate. I got the coconut cold brew as well, idk if it was artificially flavored but it wasn't terrible. WOULD GO BACK IF I HAD A LOT OF TIME TO SPEND. They're majorly understaffed and seem to forget that they have certain guests. So expect an hour or more for one meal for one. Attended the advance ticket ($15 per child) President's Day Children's Pizza Party. It was advertised to be decorate your own pizza, popcorn, coloring activities, & lemonade. The "pizzas" were small flatbreads & the only toppings provided were roughly a 1/4 cup of cheese & a few halved pepperonis per child. Each child was given a small disposable plastic cup of lemonade & a sandwich size bag of popcorn. Although there were coloring sheets, only about 20 broken crayons were provided for the roughly 80 children that attended. Towards the end of the lackluster "party" myself & my children/their friends (and friend's mothers) were scolded to "remain in our seats". Didn't realize an establishment that only ever served its fast food in thick disposable cups/plates billed itself to be such a distinguished restaurant. Have been before & overlooked the tackyness/wastefulness of the everything plastic ambiance. After spending as much as we did today & having been scolded at a party billed for children, there's no chance of returning. Too many excellent places to go on Cape we won't make the same mistake again. read more

We had high hopes for this place because there are few options for good restaurants in this area, but sadly, we will probably not come here when we are seeking good food. We ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. The crust was amazing and the sauce and cheese delicious, but both pizzas were extremely salty, making them almost inedible and making us very thirsty. We tried 5 or 6 different danishes, they didn't taste fresh and were underwhelming, except for the macaroon which was delicious. We threw the others away. The atmosphere is pleasant and great for a cup of coffee or a beer. The food was disappointing though. The service was nice. read more

Nice place in side! But if your a breakfast launch place use nice products. If your going to IHOP I expect fake maple syrup but not at a nice breakfast place. One thing that I appreciate about Cape Cod Coffee is the way that they handled social distancing and moving people along through their shop. Everything felt very safe and their staff is extremely friendly so they have that going for them. The coffee here on the other hand was a bit disappointing. I bought two iced lattes, one for my husband and one for myself and they were both so sweet he couldn't drink his. I know that this place is known for their cold brew so maybe that's why their lattes are lacking so if I return I'll have to give that a try. read more
