These guys reached out a few hours later. Giving me a lower price, quicker timeline and alot more convenience. I questioned it and they not only called me and explained it, but also told me if I was not happy with the results they would redo it the other way and deduct what I had already paid. I met their technician at a dealership closer to home and he finished the work with me in the car. They were quick to answer my questions and were very easy to work with. Actually the patch is free but recalibrating the sensor and balancing the tires was $13 but whatever that's way cheaper than a brand new tire and a deal considering that labor at an auto shop is usually charged at a much higher rate. Came in 30 min early to my appointment and was quoted 90 min for them to take a look. Only took them 60 minutes. Scheduling an appointment over the phone was easy. Comfortable chairs in waiting area. Lots of wifi and outlets to work. Coffee and water available. There is also a TV where you can see them working on your car which is nice. Location is also next to a few restaurants if you rather grab a bite while you wait. Great experience from beginning to end.

I actually was going to head over to the shop to check it out, but decided to put my wheels in the car and bring them with me in case it all seemed good to go. I was pleasantly surprised by stacks upon stacks of BMW and Mercedes and other aftermarket and OE wheels when I got there to the shop, it instantly gave me confidence, especially seeing the finish on some of the wheels. I was taken care of on the spot and agreed on an EXCELLENT price for a full blasting of the wheels, fixing of any rash (there wasn't hardly any), powder coating them in the almost impossible to match original shadow chrome finish, with a solid clear coat in the end. It took about a month and a half to get my wheels back, but this is because the shop is insanely busy doing a lot of wheel work for local dealers and most of it is paint and not powder coat. My wheels turned out AMAZING in the end, I will see if I can post up some pictures here, but I highly recommend this shop, fantastic prices, great work and I am very pleased with the end result and now have a durable finish that should last years. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190313/be05974be7e40495e555e9fd85a1f370.jpg

I was purchasing a boat and I knew the old 1990s trailer needed help before making the trip back to San Fran. I had a one day turn around time frame. Other businesses had already let me know that this was peak of summer and they were at least 1-2 weeks out for getting me in. Jimmy also said he was swamped but he was going to take care of me. "Bring it by 9am Monday and I'll squeeze you in." Jimmy had the expertise to advise on what needed to be done and what was ok on the old trailer to make it safe for the crossing. He had the parts. And his team worked nonstop to get us on the road by 1pm. Greg and Nathan were incredibly skilled and professional. Their newest hire Matthew is eager to learn the trade and Jimmy has provided a wonderful opportunity for him. This business provides a 10+ service in every way that is a rare find today. They really care; they are kind; they are experts; and their fees are absolutely reasonable. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Jimmy ...we've made it to Ohio...only 3 more days to go and all good!
