Laughed at me because I didn't know the specs of my tire right away the guy the front left totally looked at the other guy named Dustin and just made me feel very uncomfortable laughing in my face the workplace very bad in there I've had multiple friends. Brought our car in because a tire wasn't holding air and suspected something was embedded in the tire causing a slow leak. They were able to find the nails and patch the tire for $13. Actually the patch is free but recalibrating the sensor and balancing the tires was $13 but whatever that's way cheaper than a brand new tire and a deal considering that labor at an auto shop is usually charged at a much higher rate. Came in 30 min early to my appointment and was quoted 90 min for them to take a look. Only took them 60 minutes. Scheduling an appointment over the phone was easy. Comfortable chairs in waiting area. Lots of wifi and outlets to work. Coffee and water available. There is also a TV where you can see them working on your car which is nice. Location is also next to a few restaurants if you rather grab a bite while you wait. Great experience from beginning to end. read more

The workers who work the front desk need to improve their attitude and get off their high horses that they want to be on. I went there this morning for a 10 AM tire rotation and then they were gonna balance and align my car. The parking lot lot was packed full. The only spot open was a handicap spot and a spot with the handicap ramp. When I walked in there, I said I know it's really busy out there so I'm just gonna sit in my car out there until you guys are ready to call me. So the shortest gentleman at the desk I believe his name was Dustin told me I had to pull into the handicap spot and leave my car there that I could not sit, in my car, ready to move it anytime if another car had to be moved in or out until it was time for them to take my car back to be serviced. Yeah I did drive around the block around the building. He said no you can't do that. All right then I'll sit in my car. No, you can't do that. What can I do? Then Dustin all I can park in handicap parking and that's OK. Seriously if anyone in any way is disabled or even think I don't think they like females either I don't I don't think they like waiting on females especially once you know what they're talking about. If you're a female, they talk down to you. I've been going there for years. I don't know why I keep going there but now I'm not. read more

I have been using Town Fair Tires for several decades. I have always received excellent and polite service. Until today. Today I had an appointment for tire rotation. From the moment I arrived I was given a hard time by the particular individual checking me in. He started by commenting, in a very aggressive manner that I was overdue for service. I indicated that I was not, that I had some work done elsewhere and was fine with the additional services. He then commented on how i was "only there for the free rotation" in a demeaning manner. I told him not to give me a hard time, as I did not believe I deserved this treatment and he countered with the fact that he was not giving me a hard time in a very sarcastic manner. I later pointed out to him that I was there as I had bought new tires the last time I was in and had the services. He didn't bother to check that I had purchases and activity under a different phone number before giving me the condescending attitude and continued to be aggressive and sarcastic in his manner. I buy top of the line snow and all season tires from Town Fair Tires. I will be thinking twice about where I purchase them in the future after being treated like this. read more

Life savers! Our tire was punctured on a terrible, rainy Sunday night and we couldn't get in ANYWHERE for about a week to get a new one. Husband gave Town Fair a call early on Monday morning and they told him to bring it in to see what they could do. Clive came in clutch and got us in and out in about a half hour, and at a really reasonable price. Would definitely come back if we have any tire issues in the future! read more

Don't do business with these clowns. I bought a set of tires from them over 2 years ago. Paid good money for a brand I never heard of and weren't the tires I had actually gone to get. I let it slide considering they were made by Cooper tires. Anyways, last week I went in to see if I could get my tires rotated according to schedule and no charge for this service. The guy said no, so I made an appointment for 2:30 a week later. Got there today, and gave the man at the counter my keys, and he then said it'll be 2 hours until I get my car back!!! ARE YOU FUKIN KIDDING Me???????? I asked for my keys back and left. Went to a local tire dealer and got right in. Bigger is not better. I will never do business with these assholes ever again. Their customer service is non-existent, and they don't give a shit about it either. Don't waste your time or money on this crappy company, they only want your money, and don't want to provide the service they promise you on a timely basis. All done clowns. Gentleman behind the desk was friendly, honest and patched our 2023 Jeep 4XE tire (with only 12000 miles and a 1.5" nail in-between treads) for $13 and assured this patch will last for the life of the tire. Two other local tire service locations wanted to replace this tire for almost $400, with no option to repair. read more

if you do not have bone stock original lug nuts they will not be doing any maintenance because it is too "dangerous ".

I needed a tire patched, so I called ahead of time to see if I needed an appointment. The lady said " no, come right in. " 30 minutes later the guy at the desk tells me he can't get to it today but he can give me an appointment for two two days later. I told him I had just called, and he said well their policy is you can't make an appointment to get the tire fixed. I could leave it for 7 hours and they could get to it I then called the store number again and the woman still said I didn't need an appointment. Just come in. Who's in charge here? It's a total run around. ???!!!! They basically don't want to do the free tire repairs. read more

(Asked her which team member was most helpful to her... & her exact words were the entire Staff!) As I have been at this location on several occasions, I can certainly see what she means! The team is always helpful & friendly... no matter how busy they are or how agitated the other customers are being! & somehow, always manage to complete the service in less time than we expect! I have to write regarding my experience with Town Fair Tire last Wednesday Oct.26,2022. I had a road hazard issue that ended up giving me 2 blown tires. I had my vehicle towed to their Hyannis store and called them to see about my options. They assured me they would have me and running the next day...and they were right!!! I dealt with Justin and Mick over the phone letting me know the status of my Jeep. They also informed me that I would be getting a discount on new tires due to their protection warranty on my tires. Saved me a bundle that I was unaware of having. THANK YOU!!!! I also have to shout out to Sully who a week earlier had gotten me in and out pretty quick for a tire rotation a week prior to my blown tire issue. Town Fair Tire in Hyannis is an absolute joke. Management lies right through their teeth. I bought Wheels & Tires from them and they were shaking on the highway. I have brought them in several times and they couldnt fix it. They kept telling me its because its a lifted Jeep, thats just how Jeeps ride in general. So I decided to call cooperate and they told me that the manager said I just wanted free tires. So I brought it to a real tire shop Platinum Auto Service Inc. that proceeded to fix it. The tires were over torqued to the point they almost couldn't get them off, Wheels were unbalanced to 3oz, and Tires were over inflated to 58psi. I called cooperate again with the findings and they are reimbursing me, In the meantime i need something done to another vehicle hence owning Long's Taxi & Airport Transportation and now am being told that i am not welcome to do business there anymore. read more

Doug was very helpful with my tire install. He was patient with my questions about pros and cons of different brands of tires. The customer sales line was great doing a price match search and my quote was in the computer awaiting me at my appointment time. There is a small waiting area with a TV and a screen showing when your car is in the bay/being worked on and the estimated time left until completion. There are vending machines. I showed up for my first scheduled appointment and they only had 3 out of the 4 tires I ordered. I had to reschedule. At that appointment I was told my car would be ready in 1 1/2- 2 hours. It was ready in 4 hours. Once I got the car it was clear that the alignment was not done, my car was pulling hard to the right. I had to schedule another appointment. Went there yesterday to get an estimate for four new tires. Walked in to the front desk area. Completely ignored by all three people behind the desk. No acknowledgement from them. Waited anyway for 12 minutes then left. Manager might want to have the people at the front look up and say hi to people as the enter and let them know they will be right with them. Great experience. It started with the store in Watertown where I went because someone told me I needed new tires and I wanted to be sure because couldn't really afford them at the time. The man that was working there came out and actually measured the tread and told me that it "wasn't necessary right now but probably before the snow flies". He could've told me anything and I would've believed him and I appreciate that he didn't just sell me something I didn't need. Well, the snow is about to fly, but we've moved down to the Cape so I couldn't go back to the Watertown store, which I was sad about, because I really wanted to give that Watertown store my business. I should've known not to worry, Town Fair Tire, in my experience and in the experience of others, my husband, seems to have a culture of service and honesty, which is rare in this day and age. Clive, at the Hyannis location was awesome. He listened to what I wanted, he went through my options, gave me the pros and cons, all with a sense of humor. He scheduled me at a time when I could fit it into my workday, drop off was easy, no issues or added costs at pick up, the tires are great, I will be back, and will recommend this place to others... EDIT: I received a phone call from the assistant manager of the store wanting to follow up on my visit. Doug and Mike are two extremely good managers for this busy store. I went back for my light and both managers went way out of their way to put me first and had my light fixed right away. Best customer service no attitude at all from either manager, they felt bad I had just shelled out so much money and had some issues Not a good experience. I came in already knowing which tires I wanted...so there wasn't much for the sales guy to do. He rang me in and I paid that was it. Could have explained how long the tires are good for at least. Long wait to install which I understand they are a busy store. When My car was done the guy barely knew how to read the alignment report, and my tire light was on. By the time I got back to the door it was locked. The guy came out and told me it's probably a drive to turn off sensor. Said if I drive 30mph for a half hour it'll go off. An hour later the light is still on...this place is out of the way for me to go back but looks like I will have to. read more

I went today to buy four tires for my truck. Went in waited for almost 15 minutes and was completely Ignored. Four employees stood watching a closed circuit tv of people actually working. I arrived today for my 9:30 appointment we set up for my car...only to be turned away because they didn't have the tires in yet... (which the negotiation on the price of their tires always seems sketchy...) We had them ordered a week ago- which my husband's truck got a flat on our way home as luck and coincidence would turn out! I expressed it would have been nice to know BEFORE I came in there-that there would be a delay. The salesman Clive apologized that it was his fault. Our number was incorrectly put into the system. I'm pretty sure we gave them our e-mail-but whatever...He said the tires should be there in 3.5 hours, at 1:00pm. (???) OK! I was extremely unhappy that I had to wait in Hyannis until 1:00! I wasn't going to turn around and drive home and back! I asked to have my car expedited when I got there- since I was inconvenienced! So, at 1:00 I was there for my second appointment... salesmen Clive said they would have the car for 90 minutes. It took almost 2 and a half hours to get my car!!! I'm extremely disappointed and upset-that getting tires for me took me over 6 hours on my day off! I had TWO appointments with them today and instead of being happy I left feeling abused..I didn't have the energy to deal with anymore excuses. I just wanted to leave. I've dealt with them before, and honestly plan on camping out there for a good 2-3 hours. I thought they got it together, but obviously not so much. Appointment or not- it makes no difference. They don't care about your time. They are sketchy with the pricing of their tires. I'll pay 10 bucks more a tire and go someplace less painful. I suggest whoever reads this does the same... Don't bother making an appointment online, they don't care. The price match policy is shady too. After a call to corporate, the job and price match was all done in less than 90 minutes . These crooks took advantage of a single mother with 3 children. After telling her that her valve stem couldn't be repaired they sold her top shelf all season continental tires for her clearly clapped out jeep. Any other tire garage would've just fixed the valve stem or sold her 1 cheap clamshell tire. These peices of trash sold her 4 premium tires. FACTS, if these people knew anything then they would be working somewhere else for better pay. Never ever go to town fair tire. read more

On a family vacation, Younger daughter borrows the car to go to a friend's house and proceeds to take a corner a little too tight and in the process cuts both front & rear right tires... all at 11:00 on a Saturday night. Luckily I thought of having the car towed to a "tire store" as opposed to any corner mechanic. Town Fair Tire was closed on Sunday so first thing Monday morning, I was at TFT. There was already a line. I explained my predicament to Clive the sale associate. Great service at a fair price. I went in for a tire that was going flat every day and came out with four new tires ! But, you know what ? I was glad I did ! I came in at opening and was promptly greeted by Mike at the desk. I explained my problem and he came out and looked at the tires. After a quick review of the problem he suggested (not an upsell) that I get the front two replaced at a minimum and possibly the back two. He asked about my driving habits and after a short but detailed conversation I decided to go with all four tires. We went over ALL the tire options from inexpensive to original equipment and decided on the original equipment.
