Once the sun hit it I could definitely say it was only wiped with a rag. It was just dirt moved around. Same thing with the interior of the front window. The worst was seeing several areas on both sides of the car with spots of white wax on the doors. I had to wipe that off. I am quite confident if I had gone back, they would have helped me.
