We were greeted by Hannah who was also our tour guide. She thoroughly explained how to properly ride the horse, gave us an agenda beforehand and made sure we were safe throughout the trail. She took some awesome photos of us too. Any question I asked, she answered. Hannah was very informative, kind and patient with us. Her passion for horses illuminated the tour. So glad she was our leader! The horses, May, Marigold and Willow - wonderful. They were professional and well taken care of. The horses on the ranch are super healthy and didn't give anyone problems. FYI : The pricing is very reasonable....1 lap (10 dollars) or 2 laps (15 dollars), which gives kids plenty of time to enjoy the ride without feeling rushed. I contacted Jessica, the owner of Escape with Horses, and we scheduled his first lesson a few months ago. Since then, he has been going to lessons regularly. He is proud of his progress and expresses how much he loves being on the beautiful horses. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable, and she demonstrates a skillful balance between setting expectations with a matter-of-fact firmness with compassion and patience. My son has also worked with the other trainers there, and they are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is encouraging, constantly teaching, and happy to celebrate each student's achievements. The stables and paddock are gorgeous and meticulously maintained.
