There is an arena with jumps and a round pen. When it is busy, there can be 4-5 riders in the arena at once in two separate lessons; when it's quiet it will be just you and your instructor in the arena. Both are exciting and fun experiences. Your lesson will be $75-85 with the lesson package $300 for 4 lessons. Half of it goes to the instructor, the other half goes to the stables. It will include tacking/grooming for 15 min then riding for 30, then 15 min for untacking and hosing off. They will teach you proper and efficient methods of tacking, grooming, and hosing off. My personal favorite lesson horse was an ottb who has a lot of go but a quirky canter in the round pen, so we only ride in the arena with him, and I noticed he had rain rot. Buttercup is another lesson horse who is a sweet, tenderhearted horse, but he did give some fuss in the arena when shortening reins. For the investment I'd like more time in the saddle focusing on form. I noticed the instructors are all positive, knowledgeable, and hardworking. There may be hiccups your instructor experiences when reserving the round pen or arena for your lesson, which boil down to simple miscommunications. I believe that's something the business could mitigate by providing a consistent scheduling system. Overall, this operation has a positive road ahead of them, with some effort from administration and a little innovation, and maybe some more advanced care for some of the horses, it could far.

We made an inquiry online and same day, Beki called us and helped us make a reservation online for the next day. The ranch was easy to find and very beautiful when you arrive. We were greeted by Hannah who was also our tour guide. She thoroughly explained how to properly ride the horse, gave us an agenda beforehand and made sure we were safe throughout the trail. She took some awesome photos of us too. Any question I asked, she answered. Hannah was very informative, kind and patient with us. Her passion for horses illuminated the tour. So glad she was our leader! The horses, May, Marigold and Willow - wonderful. They were professional and well taken care of. The horses on the ranch are super healthy and didn't give anyone problems. This month we ended up at Central Florida archery. We signed up for a 2 person novice lesson. When we got there, they had the equipment ready for us. Our instructor was Mike, and he was great! Mike walked us through how to decide which I is dominant, how to hold a bow, how to shoot, how to aim, and everything we need to get started. Then we got to shooting! The lesson was one hour long. Mike was so good, we both got bullseyes before time was up! We're already talking about planning another day to come out and do this again. It was such a fun experience. They offer lessons from one person up to a group of people. They also allow you to bring your own gear or rent their gear to just come and shoot without doing a lesson. One thing to note: The address will take you to a red gate, which is closed. You have to open the gate to get in (it's just latched) and close it behind yourself before driving down the sandy road to the parking lot.

Each lesson consisted of the same routine, walk around twice, trot one way then the other, canter one way then the other, and then jump some lines. I was there for quite a few months and made no progress, the jumps never got higher, and the routine never changed. There were several times when I even had to wait for the trainer Bree to show up as she was late, one day she was almost 45 minutes late for my lesson and again even though I had paid for an hour lesson, I was only on the horse for 20-30 minutes max. After I posted a review on Facebook (not even saying anything just marking them one star) a worker, Bree's sister Brooke attacked me through social media, as well as one of her friends. I was harassed and told extremely nasty things by both of the girls. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. It is a waste of money, and you won't learn a thing.

The barn has a tack room in which you can store your tack boxes, saddles, bridles, and a sitting area for you to just lounge around in the cool ac with a furnished kitchenette. The stables encourages clinics, schooling shows, and trainers with multiple students to rent out the facility. It sits right next to a public wooded area, perfect for trail riders and those who wish for some adventure.
