This company was great to work with from start to finish! I found them on Google, and after reading some of their customer reviews, I felt comfortable and confident in contacting them for an estimate on our two car garage floor. Chris came out to give us a bid and he was very knowledgeable about their products, any prep work needed, and how to care for the new floor after installation. We were so impressed, we decided to accept the bid on the spot and move forward with the project! Scheduling and payment were simple. Teresa was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The two guys (Gabe and ?) who completed our project showed up on time, and we even received a text letting us know their arrival time the morning of. They did a wonderful job and cleaned everything up really well. Loved that our floor was completed in one day! We picked the Pebble Beach color combo and absolutely love it. It goes really well with our concrete driveway and pine cabinets. So far we've been babying our new floor, so we haven't had to deal with any clean-ups yet. Overall, we are completely satisfied with our new floor, and would highly recommend this company! read more

Untrustworthy, failed utterly at their install and refused to give a refund. I'm shocked by the way this company handled my project. Their salespeople were extremely responsive and repeatedly assured me they could successfully apply a clear coat to my residential concrete floor. They tried twice to apply a clearcoat in a normal scenario that was only hampered by their incompetence, not the slab or conditions. Both installations were shockingly poor due to what appeared to be negligent workmanship. The product itself may be fine, but both times the installers failed to properly vacuum before applying the coating. They also just applied the coating wrong based on letting it dry too long between edging and other coats. The finished floor contained hundreds of pieces of debris, including plastic, stones, dust, and footprints from the installers' cleats embedded in the clear coat. There were also obvious application lines from inconsistent mixing and application. To their credit, they apologized after the first install, agreeing that it looked awful and was done wrong. They agreed to grind the floor down and redo the installation. However, this cost me significant time, inconvenience, and frustration. Unfortunately, the second installation was nearly as bad. Once again, the clear coat was full of debris, with very few square feet of the floor free of sharp embedded concrete and unmixed hard bits of the floor coating. There were also multiple white, discolored areas caused by what I can only assume was poor installation. This second install was finished after midnight since they arrived with the wrong materials and pushed through into early morning. Hearing them working at that hour did not lend confidence. After the second failed attempt, I told them I was not willing to risk a third installation. By that point I had already been severely inconvenienced, and I no longer had confidence they could produce an acceptable result. I requested a refund, and they told me that sounded reasonable. After weeks of complete silence, I finally contacted Teresa, who had been my point of contact. Instead of a resolution, I received a legally worded email the next day that took no responsibility for the workmanship and failure. It simply quoted the contract and stated that no refund would be issued. Their negligence has cost me thousands of dollars not including what I paid them, in addition to an enormous amount of time and stress. Given the quality of the work they performed, I am genuinely shocked they refuse to stand behind a refund and I hope I can save other people from this company that does terrible work and doesn't even have the ethics to give a refund when they fail to deliver what was clearly promised. This is not a case of an overly critical customer or a subjective disagreement about quality. I'll include photos if this site lets me so you can judge the workmanship for yourself. To back up my claims I'll post photos elsewhere with this review if yelp does not allow them. The defects are obvious. Stay away from this company. I should have been more careful and listened to the other one star ratings on this site. These are just a few photos. You can see two versions of failure in the same doorway in these photos. The white marks in the doorway are a part of the coating from applying it incorrectly. Update: I appreciate the response from the owner. Though this review was written on August 6th and it's now the 11th and I did not get a call from CAP. I called in today and they said they would get back to me soon. Hopefully they will stand behind this message. Either way I'll keep updating here what actually happens. Update 2: Another week has passed and I still have not heard anything back from CAP and received no calls. I sadly have to conclude that the response from CAP to this message was just for show. I really thought I couldn't be more disappointed, but pretending to have accountability just to soften a critical review... you can judge that for yourself. read more

What a great company to do business with very happy with the workmanship, definitely a 5 out of 5 stars highly recommend!!!!!

Great service, and did a great job coating our ancient and filthy garage floor. It looked so good I didn't want to park the car on it! But i did. :) 100% would do it again. read more

We were so excited to get two concrete decks and an interior garage hallway in our preschool surfaced by this company. The sales presentation of the product makes this seem clearly better than an epoxy coating. We are sorely disappointed with the actual end result. The top coat is filled with bits of random yard debris. In addition there are large black smudges in some areas. We had a problem getting them to come back to finish the top coat. They promised 1 day service but in our case it took 4 days. The installers wanted to leave early Friday evening before the job was completed and promised to return Saturday morning early to finish. They didn't return until Monday. Greg the salesman is wonderful! The owner has not returned any of our calls. We are so disappointed. I wish I had read the other Yelp reviews before we signed the contract. we are afraid they won't honor the warranty after reading others' experiences. read more

I would strongly recommend CAP. Their concrete coatings are 6X stronger and more flexible than epoxy. Their streamlined process made it easy choose our favorite texture and color, schedule our install at a great price. Our new garage floor was installed by their friendly professional installers in just 1 day. Our new garage floor easy to clean and completes our home! read more

Buyers beware. They did our floor over a year ago. I parked my boat on it a week after it was done. I moved the boat out a week later and noticed that it left a discoloration where the tires were. We called cap and the lady that took the call was put in the middle of it since the owner did not want to deal with it. They wanted to change us to come out and inspect it. This is totally a warranty issue and they would not even come out to look at it. This is the worst customer service ever and would never recommend them to anyone. read more

I don't often leave reviews, but the service, communication, responsiveness, and product quality from this company necessitated it! From my initial contact with my service rep, to the efficient office, and then to a personal call from the owner, my user experience could not have been better. Customer service 5 stars! Now to the product...gorgeous! I have already given their contact info to every person who has come to my house (or seenmy garage)... neighbors, painters, landscapers, internet providers. Everyone drools over my garage floor ( which luckily is washable!). I will try to post a photo later...but suffice it to say, I LOVE it. And for his birthday this year, that's what I'm planning on giving my son...a new garage floor! read more

I had wanted my shop floor coated for a while. Six months ago I finally got around to getting several bids. Two, including CAP, were for polyurea-based products. The others bids were all epoxy-based. It was obvious immediately there were no significant cost differences, but that the warranty differences were substantial (15 years vs. 12-36 months). In the end, we actually saved nearly $2K over one of the epoxy bids. Due to life, we postponed moving forward until now. But from the time of our initial bid, through our follow-up bid, and subsequent install - we got nothing but professional results. The company is very detailed oriented, which I really appreciated. Prior to the install, they provided all their bond paperwork, detailed contract, and even a phone call to ensure I fully understood the process and product - and all without being asked. The install itself was just as impressive. The crew was personable, professional, and respectful. The job was done quick and the site was clean upon completion. We hope to have CAP coat our attached garage floor in the near future! read more

All went well until the install team ran out of top coat and had to come back the next day to complete the job. Apparently the top coat on the second day wasn't installed correctly. That portion of the garage then became dirty and difficult to clean compared to the rest of the floor. It then took 3 months and more than a dozen phone calls to CAP and the top coat manufacturer get CAP to admit and fix their mistake. (You know the customer service is poor when you start tracking every interaction and missed commitments). And to top it off, CAP made me do more than an hour of prepping my garage for the fix and reapplication of the top coat to fix their mistake. Overall I am disappointed I paid for a quality, high-end product and got economy service and support. And I don't have a uniform looking floor. read more

We recently had our floors done by CAP. The process from beginning to end was very professional and we are super pleased with the results. The Garage used to be a place nobody wanted to spend time in and now it's almost like an additional rec room. The floors are beautiful and easy to keep clean and we mounted a TV on the wall and it's a great place for a workout or kids to work off some energy. read more

our friend in Ashland had this done to his garage, as he is in a wheelchair and wanted a smooth coating and repairs to the cracks in the concrete. I was skeptical about this process. I finally got to see it when he came back to town for the summer. When I finally saw the finished product I was totally blown away how beautiful it came out, I even called them to let them know what a great job they did. (I hope the kid who answered told the owner) I promised to write a review, but totally forgot till now. I would have him do our garage if we had one, but just a car port. His work is beautiful. And I also can understand why the price difference. You get what you pay for. And this was like a kitchen floor, you could eat in there now. Stonger than lanoilum, but shiny like a clean kitchen floor. I absolutely think he is gifted to be ablet to patch cracks and have it come out looking sparkling, smooth, and Level again (hard task in Ashland steep hills) Plus, hes x military, and I like to support our soldiers. HIGHLY recommend this company. NTM the warranty! (Ill try to remember to take photos next time we go out there this summer) read more

Spent two hours with the salesman getti all the details right, getting management sign off, and signing the contract for my $8000 project. Paid a $4000 deposit. Two days later, after taking my money, they reneged on the contract. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time. Would never recommend. read more

Very unprofessional company...everybody had same poor work ethic and attitude...owner never bothered to call back after reached out to him and another crew had to come out and redo over half the garage floor since done very sloppy. Would not recomend!! read more

Cap Concrete ground my cracked garage floor and applied a polyurethane based coating In January 2021. The manager took a strong personal hand in ensuring that the job was done well. I cannot say how long it will last, but it comes with a residential guarantee of 15 years and it was considerably less expensive than the epoxy coatings I considered. So far so good. This is a good company with good product for good prices. read more

Wow... thrilled with our new floor and with Cap Concrete. They were professional, responding to questions and concerns immediately. Additionally the office staff was wonderful to work with. The actual flooring crew was prompt, recognized that our floor was an investment and prepared it as such. Can't say enough about them. Have already referred them to two family members, yep, they are that great. read more
