We were so excited to get two concrete decks and an interior garage hallway in our preschool surfaced by this company. The sales presentation of the product makes this seem clearly better than an epoxy coating. We are sorely disappointed with the actual end result. The top coat is filled with bits of random yard debris. In addition there are large black smudges in some areas. We had a problem getting them to come back to finish the top coat. They promised 1 day service but in our case it took 4 days. The installers wanted to leave early Friday evening before the job was completed and promised to return Saturday morning early to finish. They didn't return until Monday. Greg the salesman is wonderful! The owner has not returned any of our calls. We are so disappointed. I wish I had read the other Yelp reviews before we signed the contract. we are afraid they won't honor the warranty after reading others' experiences. read more

Buyers beware. They did our floor over a year ago. I parked my boat on it a week after it was done. I moved the boat out a week later and noticed that it left a discoloration where the tires were. We called cap and the lady that took the call was put in the middle of it since the owner did not want to deal with it. They wanted to change us to come out and inspect it. This is totally a warranty issue and they would not even come out to look at it. This is the worst customer service ever and would never recommend them to anyone. read more

I don't often leave reviews, but the service, communication, responsiveness, and product quality from this company necessitated it! From my initial contact with my service rep, to the efficient office, and then to a personal call from the owner, my user experience could not have been better. Customer service 5 stars! Now to the product...gorgeous! I have already given their contact info to every person who has come to my house (or seenmy garage)... neighbors, painters, landscapers, internet providers. Everyone drools over my garage floor ( which luckily is washable!). I will try to post a photo later...but suffice it to say, I LOVE it. And for his birthday this year, that's what I'm planning on giving my son...a new garage floor! read more

I had wanted my shop floor coated for a while. Six months ago I finally got around to getting several bids. Two, including CAP, were for polyurea-based products. The others bids were all epoxy-based. It was obvious immediately there were no significant cost differences, but that the warranty differences were substantial (15 years vs. 12-36 months). In the end, we actually saved nearly $2K over one of the epoxy bids. Due to life, we postponed moving forward until now. But from the time of our initial bid, through our follow-up bid, and subsequent install - we got nothing but professional results. The company is very detailed oriented, which I really appreciated. Prior to the install, they provided all their bond paperwork, detailed contract, and even a phone call to ensure I fully understood the process and product - and all without being asked. The install itself was just as impressive. The crew was personable, professional, and respectful. The job was done quick and the site was clean upon completion. We hope to have CAP coat our attached garage floor in the near future! read more

All went well until the install team ran out of top coat and had to come back the next day to complete the job. Apparently the top coat on the second day wasn't installed correctly. That portion of the garage then became dirty and difficult to clean compared to the rest of the floor. It then took 3 months and more than a dozen phone calls to CAP and the top coat manufacturer get CAP to admit and fix their mistake. (You know the customer service is poor when you start tracking every interaction and missed commitments). And to top it off, CAP made me do more than an hour of prepping my garage for the fix and reapplication of the top coat to fix their mistake. Overall I am disappointed I paid for a quality, high-end product and got economy service and support. And I don't have a uniform looking floor. read more

our friend in Ashland had this done to his garage, as he is in a wheelchair and wanted a smooth coating and repairs to the cracks in the concrete. I was skeptical about this process. I finally got to see it when he came back to town for the summer. When I finally saw the finished product I was totally blown away how beautiful it came out, I even called them to let them know what a great job they did. (I hope the kid who answered told the owner) I promised to write a review, but totally forgot till now. I would have him do our garage if we had one, but just a car port. His work is beautiful. And I also can understand why the price difference. You get what you pay for. And this was like a kitchen floor, you could eat in there now. Stonger than lanoilum, but shiny like a clean kitchen floor. I absolutely think he is gifted to be ablet to patch cracks and have it come out looking sparkling, smooth, and Level again (hard task in Ashland steep hills) Plus, hes x military, and I like to support our soldiers. We recently had our floors done by CAP. The process from beginning to end was very professional and we are super pleased with the results. The Garage used to be a place nobody wanted to spend time in and now it's almost like an additional rec room. The floors are beautiful and easy to keep clean and we mounted a TV on the wall and it's a great place for a workout or kids to work off some energy. read more

Spent two hours with the salesman getti all the details right, getting management sign off, and signing the contract for my $8000 project. Paid a $4000 deposit. Two days later, after taking my money, they reneged on the contract. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time. Would never recommend. read more

Cap Concrete ground my cracked garage floor and applied a polyurethane based coating In January 2021. The manager took a strong personal hand in ensuring that the job was done well. I cannot say how long it will last, but it comes with a residential guarantee of 15 years and it was considerably less expensive than the epoxy coatings I considered. So far so good.
