Their structure provides continuous care through independent living, assisted living, and nursing home facilities which makes caring for your loved one easier. As my mother's health deteriorated the Mission Ridge staff worked with me to ensure her needs were meet. She was able to move to a different location on campus. Her friends could still visit her and she was part of the same care family. The staff went above and beyond caring for her. They were like family to her and to me.

The workers here are incredibly dedicated in how they treat the residents, it's always a pleasure to come here and the apartments are very nice. They will deliver food/or have it downstairs. Rooms/apartments are large with call buttons if needed. They offer a lot for residence. However what brought this down to 1 star is the person taking us on the tour. It might have been a bad day for this,person...who knows.

Our first choice of an assisted living facility was TenderNest because a good friend had lived there happily a few years ago. The mission statement for TenderNest states that , "TenderNest constantly strives to exceed the expectations of our residents and their loved ones." This was certainly our experience! Our dad lived in several different assisted living venues in Great Falls, so he (and we) were familiar with the care and routines and knew what to expect. The staff (especially Clyde!) made my dad feel so comfortable and at home! They truly did, "enhance his quality of life, create a fun, loving, and cozy environment and do whatever it takes!" to create a wonderful home for Dad. This statement of values from TenderNest is true and obviously informs the day-to-day care practices of the employees. Our sincere thanks to the folks at TenderNest for providing a beautiful living environment for Dad at the end of his life. Our family will be forever grateful.

The patients are awakened each day at 4:45 just so they have everyone up before the morning caregiver begins her shift. There is only one caregiver on duty at a time. They are very stingy with what they offer the patients for coffee or snacks. We had to bring in instant coffee for our Mother just so she could have a second cup of coffee each day. The biggest issue we had though is that NONE of the staff wear masks. Not even the owner/administrator. This is against the mandate! They don't allow anyone in the facility because we could expose the patients and I understand that, but then neither should they! How can they keep them safe? We removed our Mother yesterday and will be caring for her at home.
