My life is less overwhelming, I'm less scattered because my home is far more orderly and normal now. Synergy's aides have all been very dear and helpful. This isn't a nursing service - they help me with household chores, mail sorting, drive me to appointments on the days I'm too dizzy to drive, help me make meals or remind me to eat lunch if I haven't.... Until your mind and body feel 90 years old you may not fully appreciate what a good in home senior service does and how marvelous it is to have this partnership with a service that will be here for me, keeping things as normal as it can be in my situation! The only reason I don't give them five stars is that it's SO difficult these days to find employees who pass all of their background checks and then stay on a job for more than a few months. So just don't get too attached to your caregivers and you'll be thrilled with your new life. Their service is priceless to me and my husband. Thanks!!

The staff is worthless, as old as the clients & young 20yr old adults relatives of the owner whom all have NO patience, talk rudely to them, never let them out, and serve alcohol to the one that's an alcoholic. Yes seen with my own eyes pouring him a pint for the day in the kitchen. Get your loved ones out NOW!! The place is underlying filthy, poop on walls and shower curtains, shut them up in rooms, leave then unattended for10-20minutes each meal, to run over to another house where food is made in the garage for the clients. The majority is pizza, sadly gross food. They don't like visitors (why? Afraid to be scene of wrong doing). They made my mom's elderly friends on the bus go back to their resthome because they didn't have an appointment to visit!! They were 85 & 80 made to cry the man was so nasty from the home. After that and pictures of many gross things came in from family who visited her, my fell hard. NO phone call to me or anyone, NO nurse (they say they have come check), her face black & blue, swollen, confused, in bed. Ending in hospital, brain bleed, dehydration, barely could walk. As my mother's health deteriorated the Mission Ridge staff worked with me to ensure her needs were meet. She was able to move to a different location on campus.
