The mission statement for TenderNest states that , "TenderNest constantly strives to exceed the expectations of our residents and their loved ones." This was certainly our experience! Our dad lived in several different assisted living venues in Great Falls, so he (and we) were familiar with the care and routines and knew what to expect. The staff (especially Clyde!) made my dad feel so comfortable and at home! They truly did, "enhance his quality of life, create a fun, loving, and cozy environment and do whatever it takes!" to create a wonderful home for Dad. This review is on the admin side of the clinic. Calling to try to get someone to request a…read morepreauthorization from insurance is like asking for a kidney... (It's not my job) (We don't do that in this office) were the responses I received...even from the preauth department. I have been transferred, hung up on, asked to leave a message and transferred again to the same place I started, more than once. It has never been less than a 30 minute call of the transfers then finally someone says they will call me back and surprise!!!! no phone call so, I call again 2 days later and the same run around. My procedure is now 7 business days away and no preauthorization.
