Since the furnace is new, he told me who to get a hold of if I have any more problems. Louie was amazing and I so grateful for all of his help and understanding. I recently hired Devyn at Cooking Clean to service and repair our two gas fireplaces. While there…read morewas some initial confusion about pricing due to a misunderstanding over gas versus wood-burning fireplaces, Devyn promptly resolved the issue professionally and adjusted the invoice to reflect what was initially discussed. The service included maintenance, chimney sweeps, and repairs on both of our gas fireplaces. He carefully cleaned, adjusted the logs, replaced the burning embers, and ensured everything was functioning properly. He even taught me how to use them (lol) and recommended some decorative fireplace screens to keep our littles safe around the open flames and mentioned we should by plug-in carbon monoxide sensors to make sure we stay safe. For the repairs, he took extra steps to fix the gas valve and get the pilot working correctly on both fireplaces, which we really appreciated. Overall, while there was a hiccup in communication about pricing, Devyn was responsive, professional, and willing to work with us to make things right. What more can you ask for? Honest and hardworking. I would recommend his services and appreciate his dedication to quality work. We have two warming, beautiful functioning fireplaces now. Thank you!

The first one was rainwater coming in through the roof down the inside walls of an upstairs and downstairs bedroom causing mold that had to be removed and flooring & drywall that had to be replaced. Cole Borgeson handled everything with my insurance company to get the project started on the first job providing accurate quotes for the repairs. The second job was an unexpected pipe leak inside the wall on the stairway on New Year's day. This time I called my insurance company (USAA) to request again that they use Rockefellers for the repairs as I had such wonderful service from their subcontractors Daniel Rodriquez (Homestar painting) and Tim Gallegos (Tim's Flooring Covering) that I wanted to have the same crew again. On both Projects the Project Manager's (Christopher on the first job) and Sarvar (on the second job) assigned were great and very professional. At each phase of the job that took place they were there to supervise that the work was being completed. If I had any suggestions or questions they were immediately helpful. I love the outcome of both bedrooms especially replacing the carpet in one room with flooring. And, the wall repair on the stairs we changed the color from white to a sand color which accent the wall beautifully that you notice right away when walking into the house. Again, highly recommend their service.

It had been years since I had a cleaning service so I told him I wanted to continue to look around. He was not pushy and was very polite. I got quotes from other companies and individuals. I looked on yelp, thumbtack, and nextdoor app.. I went through many different avenues. All the quoted amounts I received were pretty similar, but his professionalism, detailed estimate, and punctuality made me choose his company. The day prior to the service he emailed me the invoice as well as the time the crew would be at my house. The following day 3 ladies and a supervisor arrived exactly when he said they would and they got started immediately. They cleaned my house for about 5 hours. I came to check on them at one point and they were hand washing the windows, had the oven and stove top apart and meticulously cleaning it, and on a ladder cleaning the vents. They were all friendly and came off kind as well. When they were finished we did the walk through together and all I can say is that I was incredibly impressed. Just a few things that pleasantly surprised me were, the old school hand washing of the windows, removed everything off the shelves and cleaned under the items/organized them, cleaned the washing machine, even dusted the bed frames.. Just things I didn't even think about and never do.. my husband also went around and checked every switch and baseboard.. every surface was clean. My house now feels cleaner than the day we moved in and we love it. We are scheduled for future services and looking forward to them. Thank you so much! Appreciate all the hard work; Mailenis, Mercedes, Karla and Manuel! Also, I loved the way you staged my beds and sofa with the twisted throw blankets and chopped the throw pillows. Very cute!
