They have different styles of boats depending on your trip but they all are clean and operated by professionals. I'm saying this a lot because when safety matters, you want to know that people are trained for their jobs. We had a highly skilled captain, very entertaining and informative tour guide and many helpful deckhands. We snorkeled (clean equipment), bird watched, saw many whales, sea turtles and went to a secluded beach. All food and drinks provided were tasty and abundant. We arrived back at port safely and highly enjoyed our excursion. If we had more time, we would have done more.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful. We had such a great experience with the dolphin swim that before we left we booked our next adventure to Rhythms of the Night. This was yet another fantastic experience. The boat ride there and back were both a complete blast. Dinner on the island was more than we expected. The show itself blew us away. We will definitely be booking with them when we return to Puerto Vallarta!

The women stated she didn't care what they confirmed they had it at other location. They did not call when we did not show up and didn't seem to care because they already got the money. Initially she claimed it would take 2 hours to get another boat but then magically was able to get one there in an hour after we finally contacted them which was 2 hours past the scheduled time. They provided a "future credit" for two people for a group tour as "compensation". The women was very rude on the phone. I asked her to speak to the gentlemen's who I spoke to the previous day and she indicated he was not in. Be aware when booking and document everything. In addition, the captain did not walk us out of the dock which was required to be let out. Another captain had to open gate. While their reply states they did not have our information. It is able to be seen I had two conversations directly with them and attached the photos showing their number.

There were a few different excursion options for an additional cost. such as hiking to the waterfall, going horseback riding, or driving ATVs. Not sure what the cost for those were.
