Casey did a great job of cleaning and fitting the temporary. I really saw Kaysea's skill when Dr Emami decided to replace the temporary. Kaysea started the process by taking molds. This is usually a painful process for me due to 'bumps' on the inside of my lower gums. I alerted Kaysea to this and she was able to make it painless. Kaysea then made and adjusted the new temporary. It was dramatically better than the initial one both in size and fit. Kaysea made a number of adjustments before gluing it in place and then Dr Emami made the final adjustments. While I will, of course, be careful not to dislodge the temporary I've never had a temporary that fit this well or was more functional. Add all that to Kaysea's excellent 'chair side manner' and I want to share my appreciation. My wife, Denise, and I have been clients for many years and, as evidenced by our willingness to drive 3 hours round trip, have been very happy with our dental care. I started bringing my 90-year old Mom with me for semi-annual cleanings. While going to sit in the waiting room, she missed the edge of the couch and fell to the floor. Maybe a foot to a foot and a half. Not enough to cause any damage or pain. We went through the cleanings without further incident. My next appointment was sooner than Mom's next visit. As I prepared to book our next appointments after that one, I was told they are booked more than a year out. Never has that ever been the case with my scheduling follow up cleanings. The only conclusion to draw is that this "professional" was afraid of some type of legal ramifications should another "incident" occur. Given the office never reached out to me for follow ups since is beyond acceptable. I have moved on. When the dentist comes in, our conversation goes something like: (Dentist) "So, Renee, Mrs. Carlson, tell me, when was the last time you went to see the dentist?" (Me) "Bless me, Holy Master of the Tooth. It's been 12 years since my last visit." Then I would prepare to accept my penance of a long speech and a mouth full of torture devices... 〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰 Well today is a new day! I've been saved, I suppose you could say . I'm so happy to have finally found a Dentistry where they take customer service seriously. I even made my next appointment to have my teeth cleaned for next week, on Tuesday!
