At least I didn't swallow it, but I knew that the only way to fix it would have to be a trip to the dentist. It ended up being a blessing in disguise! 〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰 You see every time I have been to see the dentist, I spend probably 10 minutes apologizing to the dental assistant for not flossing enough. When the dentist comes in, our conversation goes something like: (Dentist) "So, Renee, Mrs. Carlson, tell me, when was the last time you went to see the dentist?" (Me) "Bless me, Holy Master of the Tooth. It's been 12 years since my last visit." Then I would prepare to accept my penance of a long speech and a mouth full of torture devices... 〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰 Well today is a new day! I've been saved, I suppose you could say . I'm so happy to have finally found a Dentistry where they take customer service seriously. I even made my next appointment to have my teeth cleaned for next week, on Tuesday! If you can relate to my story and avoid going to see the dentist, please give these people a call to make an appointment. You will not be sorry.

Dr. DiMatteo, you screwed up. The most annoying thing about this is you took my $20,000 in cash, did nothing in the way of looking at solutions to fix your own mistakes, gave me Zero advice or offered to return my money so I could get this fixed by a real professional. You are a coward.

I went in for a teeth cleaning in September, and much to my dismay 3 cavities were found. Apparently the 'new to me' charcoal toothpaste contained zero fluoride. After the cleaning 2-3 appointments were scheduled to take care of the cavities. To make things worse, I broke my front tooth a couple weeks before the first appointment to take care of the cavities. So I go in for the cavities, and now a busted front tooth. I left that appointment with all my cavities filled and my front tooth nicely repaired. Amazing, three fillings and one broken tooth in one visit. Where else are you going to find dental care like that? Nowhere but New England Dental Specialists

Dr Kim laid out a sensible and affordable plan for me to have healthy gums and reclaim my natural smile. He is genuinely kind and compassionate and cares about the relationship between your good oral health and your overall health. First, the office is immaculately clean and ultra-modern. The front desk folks especially Michael are very friendly and set a relaxing tone for what is usually a stressful visit. Of course nobody likes to sit in the dentist chair, it can be nerve wracking and filled with painful thoughts, but I felt none of the usual trepidation here. I had long overdue major work done and while I can't say I enjoyed it I knew it was necessary. The work was executed in as pain-free a manner as possible. Beginning with the digital X-rays which are immeasurably safer than traditional X-rays to wonderful dental hygienist Danielle who walked me step by step through the full mouth deep clean to the skillful hands of Dr Kim who performed an extraction, and a same day implant, I knew I was in good hands and had found my "for life" dental practice. if you have been holding off for one reason or another, I would urge you to visit Canton Modern Dentistry and see why I am so excited. I still have work to do but I feel confident that I could not be in better hands. Very highly recommended!

I booked a cleaning as a new patient and an hour and a half later, no cleaning! I got a full exam which I did not ask for and throughout the process kept saying I was not interested in this and just wanted a cleaning. The tech was very sweet but couldn't even do the xrays correctly and they took about 500 vs the normal few so she also took forever. Dr Kim then proceeded to tell me that I needed a deep cleaning and a visit every 3 months. I said no thanks, I just wanted a cleaning today and we can followup on the deep cleaning, however, I have been here for 90 minutes and actually need to move on with my day. The receptionist apologized for the "miscommunication", but it was not a miscommunication, there was NO communication that I couldn't be getting a much needed cleaning but rather go through a whole 90 minute process to be told I need services that aren't covered by insurance and I've never been told I needed before. Insurance fraud at its finest, stay far away!
