When I told them that I will come for cleaning in his place, they refused to do that too. And threatened me that no body from my family can ever come for any dental visits to them ever again. I came in for a cleaning and to get new retainers on October 14th. They were able to also do X-rays. First off they charged me for the X-rays without first explaining that my insurance would not cover the X-rays. Then, they said I had a cavity but were not sure how bad it was and would need to see the X-rays from my old dentist. I got the X-rays sent from my old dentist and called every single day since they had scared me by saying the cavity might be "growing" and "might be really bad." However every time I called I either got voicemail or got Karen who would always say oh the doctor is not here but I will give him your message. Finally they called back weeks later on Oct 25 with some cryptic voicemail. At my appointment on Oct 28 all of a sudden he says I have a cavity in the 2nd layer and that I need to get it fixed ASAP to avoid a root canal. If something is that urgent why wait a full 2 weeks to tell me?!?! I am so unhappy with how much of my time has been wasted trying to get ahold of this dentist and I don't like the way he treats people. I will be going back to my old dentist and I strongly encourage you to think twice before making this dentist your dentist. I get checkups every 6 months and take fantastic care of my teeth, I find it hard to believe that all of a sudden I have a cavity so bad that is is almost a root canal.
