Westerner has their own shaped frames that hold flat spline so securely that the screens will tear before they get loose, and that would only happen when the screens get really old. Once the new refrigerator was finally installed, I noticed two issues: It makes a squealing noise. When I close the bottom door, the top door pops open. I called first thing this morning to speak with a service rep. No one was available, so they took my name and number and never called back. Hours later, I called again, went through the same frustrating voicemail system, and reached a rude representative who refused to tell me whether anyone was even working today or if I would get a call back. I'm now approaching the 48‑hour window for returns, and I'm seriously considering sending it back and getting a different one. This has been a huge hassle.
