Everything sounds good until they arrive on the designated moving day. In my case there were 3 people: the older boss and 2 amateur teenagers. The boss reviewed the inventory list and reached the unfortunate conclusion that the inventory we provided did not exactly match reality: 1) there was one extra floor rug (true); one of the two listed file cabinets is a lateral file (true); the piano is not a spinet piano as listed (see the attached picture. What is it if not a spinet!). As a result of his conclusion, the following items would not fit in their larger available moving truck: 3 sofas, a recliner chair, an electric fireplace, a dresser's mirror and the piano. Who would expect that?! After a very long and serious phone conversation with the office he returned and said they would make 2 trips instead of one as a favour (the new home is located just 10 minutes away from the old one), if we paid an additional $381. Of course we agreed! What choice did we have at that point?!Other than that everything else went ok. No damage occurred, and we finished moving in one day. Thanks God! It is a miracle how Mr Mover gets 4.8-star reviews on Google and 4.0-star on Yelp! We are never going to choose this company as our moving provider in the future!

We agreed and executed a small change order and Bella Shine did an amazing job on the house, preparing it for sale on the market. Both I and my real estate agent thought the price was fair and reasonable. Bella Shine requested additional time to complete the cleaning job, but unfortunately I was not able to grant that additional time as a professional photographer was coming in. Instead of complaining, Bella Shine brought in an extra worker, started earlier, and there was zero conflict with the photographer. Amazing job, Bella Shine! It seems they might have at one point been located in the plaza by Cost Cutters Hair Salon. Anyway, the place is spotlessly clean. The turnaround time on my clothing has been very fast! This last time, they told me I could pick up my pants a couple days later on Saturday. I got a call later that day from the clerk that accepted my pants, explaining that he had forgotten that they are closed Saturday for the holiday. He offered to rush my order and have it ready on Friday. I was in no hurry so I told him to just wait--I didn't need the pants that soon. I thought the call was very thoughtful. Other rental agencies were very frustrating with terrible communication, delays in returning phone calls or not listening to/answering our questions. Colin at Equipment Rentals was fantastic at listening, providing complete answers to questions, even when I had to call him back several times because the only dance floor option they had remaining available wasn't the ideal solution for us and I wanted to investigate other options. When I finally realized that ER was our best option, particularly because of their customer service, we rented with them. Colin took the time to explain all of the setup and work through logistics with us. Other warehouse personnel were pleasant. Pickup and return was easy and reliable. On their radio show they frequently made the point of Capital's complete analysis of your existing system and equipment. Many potential improvements to my older system were discussed and how this would provide better comfort and efficiency. Justin D. explained in language I could understand and answered all my questions. I appreciated their respect for my home and wore disposals slip on booties. I noticed they were the only HVAC company to actually use a scope type camera tool to validate problem areas. They showed me, real time, what they discovered. I feel they were the most thorough and felt my issues were each addressed. I have not yet made a final decision on my replacement company but I solidly recommend Capital Heating as a quality organization with great customer service and support.

They slapped a sticker on my furnace condemning it and shut it off. Wanted to replace all the duct work. I called David Anthony Heating. They came out the same day & had my furnace working.
