One complaint was the company's bartender, BJ, saying racial comments about the bride to the groom which she was unaware of (calling her picky and saying she has to "ni**erate the drink"), some staff stealing personal items and monetary gifts from our guests in attendance, and lack of quality of food, drinks, and service to us and our guests. All complaints were dismissed by the owner without any option for refunding us any portion of the over 10k dollars we spent on catering, bartending, and additional 20% gratuity in the contract. He did not apologize or hold himself or his staff accountable for the poor service and only mentioned that he will take our complaints into consideration.
