The food was a huge hit with everyone--full of rich, authentic New Orleans flavor and prepared to perfection. We had a delicious spread that included chicken, yams, collards, rice, along with salad and fresh fruit. Every dish was well-seasoned, fresh, and cooked just right. The chicken was flavorful and tender, the yams were perfectly sweet, and the collards were seasoned beautifully. The rice paired well with everything, and the salad and fruit added a nice, refreshing balance to the meal. Crystal, the owner, was amazing to work with. She was professional, organized, and very attentive throughout the entire process. From planning the menu to execution, she made everything seamless and stress-free. She ensured that all of my guests were well taken care of, and her attention to detail truly stood out. With a large group of around 90 guests, everything ran smoothly, the food was plentiful, and the service was efficient and friendly. I received so many compliments from my guests about how delicious everything was. I highly recommend QuizineOrleans for catering any event, big or small. Crystal and her team delivered an outstanding experience, and I would absolutely use their services again.

I needed a caterer for a family Passover Seder dinner and had to do it long distance. My 93-year old Dad is in a senior facility in Raleigh and I live in Los Angeles. They made what could have been a challenging ordeal into an extremely pleasant experience. Chelsie, my Sales Associate, could not have been nicer, and agreed to meet me a few days before the event for a thorough walk-through of the facility. Chef James and Thomas arrived on time and familiarized themselves with the kitchen and handled all the setup, rentals and prep. And the food! Every dish was amazing and was served nice and hot to my party of 10. Everyone commented on how good everything tasted. They were also very respectful of the orchestration of the Seder and the religious/symbolic aspects of it, having catered Seders before. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better partner and I would highly recommend this team!

Orders need to be placed by midnight on Thursday the week prior to it being delivered on Tuesday. Since these meals are prepared you will need to be at home at the time of delivery or leave a cooler out. Enjoy!
