The inside was clean and masks were to be worn by everyone in the building as well as offered hand sanitizer and cleaned tablets for gathering patient information. I was referred to this physician by my chiropractor for my chronic pain and insomnia associated with my scoliosis condition. I was treated with welcoming and professional staff from start to finish, and my doctor was very attentive and answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the right treatment for my on going conditions. I felt seen and heard and was educated on all of the medications and treatment plans being offered. I am happy to start this new treatment plan for my chronic conditions and look forward to feeling relief from my symptoms very soon.

The place was too hot and it kind of made me anxious since the mask and the heat was overkill on my asthma. But put up with it and all is well. My wife did most of the questions and the physician was very patient with us and informative. Had to cough up almost 200 bucks for the evaluation, but I believe it is a fixed price per clinic. Then had to pay almost 80 to the Florida Health Department. Recently got my medicinal marijuana card in my e-mail and was able to follow the physician's recommendations and purchase what he thought would work best for me. I'm yet to receive my card in the mail, but I can use the email without issues.

I was offered a discount for the inconvenience, but only if I paid in full. I already had a monthly membership, and because I chose to use this tool that is offered, I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. When I finally was able to be seen, they double charged me for my renewal ($169 for Reevaluation + $29 for the membership I already had). I was told a refund would be issued for the difference, but it would take 24 hours. When I called to follow up about this additional charge, the rep on the phone told me she had no notes about my account being escalated for a refund-- and she'd escalate it right then, but it would take 7-10 business days. I've effectively paid $200 for something that should've cost me $29/month and driven almost 3 hours for the staff to be unhelpful and unreliable. The only reason I would continue to go is because of Vicky at the Sanford location. Doubtful I will continue to use this chain, especially when there are so many options for MMJ cards that are reliable and have their work in order.
