The store is very small. I've only ever seen one, maybe two, people working at the counter. The man that I see there the most is pretty standoffish, but knowledgeable and generally willing to help. You can usually find whatever you're looking for here, though don't expect to find a very good bargain. Prices are very high, especially for hookahs and bongs.

The sad thing is that this business has only been around for a year or two and they're already telling customers that they can re-stock their inventory because of the poor Canadian dollar or they can't stock accessories because their supplier wants a ridiculous amount for a minimum order, these were the excuses I received when I wanted to spend money and/or wanted product, I've been turned away more than I have purchased. It's unfortunate when small businesses suffer when they are run inadequately and become unsuccessful in a small period of time.

Six days later I get a notification saying my return had been processed and a refund has been issued. After checking my bank, I called them to let them know that I STILL hadn't received my refund even though I received notification that it was just processed and I was informed it would take a few days to receive it as it was just issued. This is when I asked the employee why he would lie to me and tell me it was processed last week and he completely denied telling me that it was. I will never shop here again and I will never recommend it to anyone. I was dismissed and lied to by the staff and manager. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
