They also sell smoking/rolling papers that are made out of tobacco (blunt wraps), paper, or organic self-sealing material, also in many different flavors, such as cognac, chocolate, mint, and blueberry. The store is very small. I've only ever seen one, maybe two, people working at the counter. The man that I see there the most is pretty standoffish, but knowledgeable and generally willing to help. You can usually find whatever you're looking for here, though don't expect to find a very good bargain. Prices are very high, especially for hookahs and bongs.

I'm never a fan of upstairs downtown locations with a staircase to climb, there are no extra additions to this store it's pretty bare bones, no extras like flags or t-shirts, it's just got the basics no frills nothing fancy, the staff are a little more knowledgeable then your average head shop employee. The sad thing is that this business has only been around for a year or two and they're already telling customers that they can re-stock their inventory because of the poor Canadian dollar or they can't stock accessories because their supplier wants a ridiculous amount for a minimum order, these were the excuses I received when I wanted to spend money and/or wanted product, I've been turned away more than I have purchased. It's unfortunate when small businesses suffer when they are run inadequately and become unsuccessful in a small period of time.

There were prices on some things, but not on others and when we asked the price of the coals for my friends Shisha, she quoted us, but the price seemed really high. His Name is Derek and I can't say enough about the guy. He asked a few questions and really paid attention the little details and he showed me several options that fit what I wanted. He made some pretty good recommendations and finally I picked what I wanted. Derek really took the time to explain the differences between machines and showed me how to use the one I picked. I'm sure he could see that I'm bit technically challenged so before I left the store, he again showed me how to get the best use out of it and had me fill it and operate it to ensure I knew what I was doing. The entire staff was extremely friendly and I saw that they were also very attentive to the other customers...one of them I was a repeat customer I'm pretty sure. The price was reasonable...no complaints there. And I really felt well taken care of. I even tried to tip him but he wouldn't accept the tip. He was happy to provide the service and really knew his stuff. There was a lot to pick from and Derek made it easy for me to make the choices that were best for me. Thumbs up all the way!!!
