Same for me. Label issue, not their fault, no help, lost my money. Teied to contact them,, here is their answer , precisally : "Hello, We have heard back from our management team regarding your shipment. Once a package has been handed over to Canada Post and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for the shipment falls under Canada Post. Any issues regarding delivery, address updates, delays, or returned packages must be handled directly with them. Based on our review, the shipping address provided on the order was entered correctly on our end. If Canada Post has marked the package for return to sender, it will remain at one of their secure facilities. Canada Post has full authority to access the shipment details, update the delivery address if possible, and arrange for the package to be redirected or delivered. At this time, we recommend contacting Canada Post directly to explain the situation and see what options are available. They will be able to provide the most accurate information regarding the status of your package and any available solutions once it reaches their secure fac! ility. Thank you for your understanding." Woaw. Lost my money. Do not buy ! read more

UPer Weed Ottawa is hands down the fastest and most reliable weed delivery in the city. I've been ordering from them for years and they never disappoint. The quality is consistently top-notch -- every order comes with premium product that's always fresh. Delivery is lightning fast, usually at my door within the hour, and they even throw in surprise gifts with orders. The selection is great too, always something new to try. If you want same-day weed delivery in Ottawa you can actually count on, these are your guys. 10/10 every time. read more

I've cycled through a few different delivery spots in the city, but these guys are the most consistent. The delivery to my place in Ottawa was surprisingly fast - showed up way sooner than the ETA I was given. The quality of the flower is actually fresh (not dry like some other places), and the driver was professional and discrete. Definitely my new regular spot for when I don't feel like heading out. read more
