Same for me. Label issue, not their fault, no help, lost my money. Teied to contact them,, here is their answer , precisally : "Hello, We have heard back from our management team regarding your shipment. Once a package has been handed over to Canada Post and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for the shipment falls under Canada Post. Any issues regarding delivery, address updates, delays, or returned packages must be handled directly with them. Based on our review, the shipping address provided on the order was entered correctly on our end. If Canada Post has marked the package for return to sender, it will remain at one of their secure facilities. Canada Post has full authority to access the shipment details, update the delivery address if possible, and arrange for the package to be redirected or delivered. At this time, we recommend contacting Canada Post directly to explain the situation and see what options are available. Ordered an ounce of " san Fran hash" is smelled of kief from outdated moldy bud it had an ammonia smell upon further inspection. I contacted them they told me management says there's nothing they can do and offered to help me buy more product I have the screenshots they've been posted on google reviews read more

I spent $1700 only $600 of that was smokable the rest $1100 was brown and yellow and it smelled like mold not weed. I contacted them many times and aol they said was we dont sell moldy weed and I asked them several time to 11qþand left me high and dry. And the worst part the pictures didn't match the actual product and vacuum sealed the bags so much that it crushed everything. read more
